LOCATION – 7 blocks north of Main Street
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves
SLEEPS – Up to 8 people; two king bedrooms & one Queen bedroom with a trundle bed
BATH – 2 full baths; one en suite bath with a large walk-in shower, tub & vanity with two sinks. A second bath has a shower and vanity with two sinks
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – TV with standard cable, WiFi, hot tub, washer/dryer, outdoor gas firepit, propane grill, outdoor deck with seating & outdoor games

CHILDREN – YES
SMOKING – NO
PETS – YES (Limit 2 dogs under 20 lbs)
WIFI – YES

The home is pet friendly and will accept up to 2 dogs but they must each weight 20 lbs or less. Furthermore, there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

She Shed in the backyard is currently not available for guest use.

- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Bluebonnet Haus

We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this house again or recommend it to friends and family. The backyard fence was very secure for our little dog and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Location was perfect! A couple minor things : the fire pit would not light and the chairs around it could use a cleaning.

The house was roomy and comfortable. There is a nice deck out back and a complete kitchen. It's in a central location which is handy for getting almost every place. We will stay there again.

Family time in Fredericksburg

This house was wonderful. Very clean. Huge master bathroom. Loved sitting outside on deck. Hot tub was wonderful. Appreciated the bottle of wine left for us. Internet was wonderful especially because we had one who had to do some computer work for his job. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back. Just a great place

Charming House Perfect for a Texas Getaway

The Bluebonnet House is exactly like the pictures show. It is super cute and spacious. We had a wonderful time taking a dip in the hot tub and playing a couple of rounds of darts in the "she shed". Close to downtown where we enjoyed shopping on Main St. Thank you so much for an easy check in and check out process too!

Fantastic Home!

Came for our annual mother/daughter wine trip & this house was perfect for our group. So well stocked with everything we could need. Wish it hadn't been so hot, was really looking forward to utilizing the hot tub! Would absolutely stay here again!

Bluebonnet Bliss!

We had a great stay at Bluebonnet Haus! The house was comfortable, roomy, quiet and clean as a whistle! Beds were very comfortable and linens were good quality. Perfect for our mother/daughter get away! Outdoor living space was great, too! Check in/out details were reasonable and easy to follow. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of the key pad code being a number I could remember! Would definitely stay here again!

Truly Wonderful Place

We intentionally chose this location for its privacy from main street Fredericksburg. Within walking distance to everything main street offers yet just far enough to avoid traffic sounds and passersby. We loved the well-thought touches for each room and having bedrooms for each kid with ensuite master bath for us. Designed by someone who knows what they're doing and it shows.

Stylish, spotless home perfect for girls wine weekend!

Our stay at Bluebonnet Haus was an absolute delight! This charming, stylishly home is perfectly situated just 8 blocks from downtown Fredericksburg, making it an ideal base for exploring Main Street with its shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting spots. The house itself is beautifully designed, with cozy, modern touches like honey-colored wood floors, a spacious living area with a large flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to whip up meals. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Texas Wine Country. The beds were comfortable, with plush king and queen mattresses, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like Fredericksburg Farms bath products. The huge shower was glorious! The location is quiet yet so convenient, and the parking and WIFI made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were responsive and ensured everything was spotless and welcoming. I'd highly recommend Bluebonnet Haus to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish retreat in Fredericksburg—we can't wait to return.
