Newest Oceanfront Resort! Max Beach Resort 2Bd, 2Bth, Ocean and City North

The Residence is perfect for families, friends or couples looking for a vacation residence for a short getaway or extended period of time. This 1,435 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, premium wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area and washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for four or at the outside table with seats for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor dining and living room. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on either the sofa or two chairs to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom features the largest master bedrooms of all the residences and has a king bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space. The second bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

Max Beach Resort is a community of 72 decked-out, ocean-view residences, blending the freedom and flexibility of a private vacation rental with the services, amenities, and little luxuries of a beach resort.

Great property

Great - beach access, new property, indoor space was gorgeous, Friendly staff, great parking, good pool and hot tub. Could improve - not many kitchen gadgets to use for cooking. Have to wash own pool towels and reuse. That’s not practical, Some of our ceilings were unfinished cement - we weren’t sure if that was aesthetically on purpose or an unfinished ceiling

A lot of rules; Stark decor: uncomfortable furniture

I thought I was renting a condo, but it is actually a hotel.Check-in person told me builder intended to sell as condos but decided to keep building.They market thru VRBO so it's a bit confusing. At check in we were given wristbands w/digital chips that act as a key & allows you to get in through beach gate, main building & unit. Told no housekeeping services, everything already in room. At check in, told no more than 6 people in the 2 bedroom unit at one time. I explained I had my kids & family (11 people total) coming for a day at the beach. I had to register each person & they had to check in upon arrival to get a wristband (with no digital access to anything). No one can be on the property without a wrist band. So a friend coming for an hour had to be checked in, IDed, & wristbanded. They enforce the number of people in the unit so that made it stressful for people coming & going, grabbing a bite to eat, etc. I've never been to a hotel where I felt so regimented. We talked to a few guests in the elevator and we all agreed there were a lot of rules.The unit decor is minimalist.No art, no pillows on the sofa/2 chairs in living room. No one liked sitting them because without pillows they were uncomfortable, even on balcony. It was supposed to be a full kitchen but there were no sharp knives. I told the front desk and the guy said he'd contact housekeeping. A guy showed up with one paring knife. Iffy neighborhood. All the employees were very nice.

Max review

The condo was very clean. There were 3 things that could be improved. 1) the master shower leaks. After every shower we had to put the bathmat in the dryer. It was sopping wet. 2)there is no shelf or cut out in the master shower to store soap, shampoo, etc. We had to have the bar of soap on the shower floor. 3) the condo unit AC was great everywhere but the master bedroom. It was so hot at night, even with the door open.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Max Beach resort for a one week getaway. The property was fantastic in every aspect. Great service, wonderful views and clean! We would highly recommend Max Beach Resort!

Perfect Condo Getaway

The condo, staff, and views were amazing. The amenities were great and access to the beach was within walking distance. Everything was perfect, convenient, and luxurious.

Great family get away

This property was beautiful. Our suite was amazing, decorated beautifully and had everything we could have wanted/needed for an our stay. The whole family enjoyed the pool and game room. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Service!

We had such a nice staycation at the MAX! The most notable was how lovely all of the staff were to our family, from the person who checked us in, to the gentleman cleaning the floors to the servers at the Venn Bar, everyone was amazing!! The condos are so spacious and amazing views of the beach with the floor to ceiling windows! I would highly recommend this place for a week, month or even just a weekend getaway (which is what we did!)

Property was immaculate! Beds were very comfortable, appliances were state of the art, and the AC was nice and cool. The on site bar and restaurant was very good. Very convenient to rent chairs and umbrella’s right on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great experience

When checking in, we discovered the property had only been open a few weeks. Being a new resort, there were mild quirks that they never allow to inconvenience us. Staff was always helpful and courteous. We will definitely keep this in our list of places to revisit!
