Located on the fourth floor, Dee's Sunset Vista is sophisticated, yet comfortable...with the look and feel of a 1st Class resort! With an extensive refurbishing just completed, you'll find marble floors and designer decor throughout, custom cabinetry and granite, with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen every chef will feel at home in!

There's over 2000 square feet of indoor living space with the common living areas flanked on each side by dual master suites. The traditional master has a nice seating area with 55-inch HD Smart TV, king sized Sleep Number bed with adjustable base and a glamour bath featuring a jetted tub, dual vanities, water closet and separate shower. The second master has been repurposed to serve as a studio suite, with a new Braxton Culler sectional, large enough to comfortably sleep two adults... and a brand new, luxurious 14-inch pillow top queen-sized mattress set, nestled in a newly created sleeping alcove. The studio connects to a full bath, which is easily accessed from the main living areas and has a 65-inch HD Smart TV with sound bar.

Not only does the interior of the home have everything you could possibly want and need in a vacation rental... the large, open living space with upscale furnishings and accessories provided creates the perfect environment for entertaining!

You're sure to be wowed by the oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and private beach access...but there's also an indoor lounge with big screen tv, billiards room, fitness center, sauna and executive business center that has a fully furnished conference room with Wi-Fi, printer and fax available. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a full-sized ice machine, gated and underground parking spaces for two vehicles/motorcycles and an on-duty Concierge on Monday- Friday. Beach chair and bike rentals are nearby with additional bike storage in the garage. Ocean Vistas requires an in person check in (from 4-8 pm) and a short, guided tour of the property for delivery of key fobs and parking passes. (Later check ins are available at a $50-100 fee, based on arrival time.)
