Nestled on a quiet residential street, Ambiance by the Falls Cozy Suite offers a convenient 10-minute walk to the vibrant Clifton Hill tourist district. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared washer and dryer with owner.

Each tastefully decorated, non-smoking bedroom features air conditioning, satellite TV with Chromcast, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Just a short 0.6 km from the Hornblower Niagara Cruise attraction and the Falls viewing areas, our Cozy Suite is also close to Casino Niagara, just 650 meters away.

This 700 sq. ft. living space, located on the second floor, boasts independent air conditioning and fresh air exchange. The entrance is at the side door of the house, near the backyard parking lot, requiring a door code for access.

Additional details:
- The Cozy Suite comfortably accommodates up to four people.
- Parking is limited to two spaces per stay. Extra parking is not available.

Niagara Falls Vacation

Four of us traveled to Canada to visit Niagara Falls and other attractions. We were within walking distance and really had a lot of fun!

Best Vacation in a long time

Truely enjoyed location and ability to walk to all Niagara Falls sites and tourist locations. Being able to wake up slow and eat breakfasts and dinner saved us a lot of money. Kevin and Anna were great host, answered all questions and let us use the washer and dryer. I would stay there again and have already recommend it to my friends.

Niagara trip

Stairs were pretty steep and long if you are over 70 and knee problems , but other than that really nice shower and clean and modern .Does need a can opener !!

Thanks for taking the time to write the review. For some architectural structure reasons we had to add two steps on the staircase and it couldn't be changed. However, the steepness and length were permitted by the Canada Ontario Province building code. Sorry for your inconvenience. Can opener We will prepare one. Thanks for reminding us.

Lovely!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the suite was really lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The showers were great and the beds were really comfortable. Only a 20 minute walk to the horseshoe falls. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage before check in time as it enabled us to enjoy our afternoon without any worries. Would definitely recommend to friends/family visiting Niagara.

Great for small families!

We stayed here April 1-3, and LOVED the experience! The owners are very attentive to text messages and generous in their quick response. The showers in both bedrooms are the best we’ve ever experienced in a rental~ pure luxury! The whole unit is just darling, with two nice sized bedrooms (good mattresses, which we greatly appreciated since we walked allllllllllll over the place and our backs were sore by the end of the day!) and a fantastic kitchen! We completely enjoyed our stay here, and were also thankful for the quiet neighborhood & free parking!

Very nice property

Was a very nice property. Brand new. Clean. Fabulous showers. Full kitchen. Quiet. Easy parking. Nice owners. Close to all the fun activities. Cable tv is limited to 4 channels but you will be too busy in Niagara Falls for tv. Would stay again!

Perfect for small family

My husband, daughter, and I stayed in the Cozy Suite for two nights. It was cute, modern, and quiet. We appreciated the off-street parking. It was nice to walk just a few minutes to the attractions in Niagara Falls and return to a peaceful neighborhood. The suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a decent-sized shower, and a large kitchen. The decor is tasteful and modern. It doesn't say so in the listing but K-cups, tea, hot cocoa mix, and sugar are provided. We would stay here again.

Convenient

Overall, this was a convenient place to stay. It was a short walk to the falls and the tourist area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We were a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and there are a couple of things worth mentioning for other families. The listing does say the suite sleeps 5, but then charges for an extra guest over 3 people. There is 4 person kitchen table, but no other seating. It would be nice to have a couch or comfy chairs to hang out on after a long day exploring. The neighborhood is quiet, but we had a couple of strange safety incidents that made us a bit uncomfortable.

Cozy Suite is a brand-new apartment that is built in 2021. Many of the guests who have stayed here like so much the interior tasteful decoration and comfortable living environment.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are very close to Niagara Falls which is just 5 minute walk away from the Falls view and most of the attractions around half an hour. If you see our location on Google Maps, you can find out that our Cozy Suite is most close to the Falls one. So you can get around sightseeing and join some interesting activities just by walking within half an hour's radius.
