With a charming, open concept kitchen and living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite meals as well as a dining area that seats 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar. The spacious living room is outfitted with a comfy sectional and a flat screen TV with cable to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the ideal place to stay for your next getaway! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen TV, as well as an attached master bathroom that was beautifully updated! The guest bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed set for added space and comfort. Free wifi and one assigned parking space provided. This condo will for sure be on your list of places to come back and visit again and again!

We know the main attraction here is the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog and Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. Clean and convenient stay

The unit was clean and well supplied with the basics. Some beach towels or chairs would have been great! It’s located right in the beach and in great walking distance from food and entertainment. Covered parking was nice too. We enjoyed our stay!

Last minute vacation

The condo was clean, and the area was safe and convenient to restaurants. The view of the bay was nice, but the sun in the morning was intense, and there were no blinds to block the sunlight. Being able to walk out the back and be on the beach was great.

This unit is a beautiful updated unit. The complex is not as updated, but it is right on the beach, and has a functional pool. It was great for a low key family vacation.

Condo was as described. My only complaint would be that there was no safety latch on the entry door. Just the keypad to lock/unlock the door to the exterior.

The room was dirty and they told us it was an ocean front and it wasn’t. way to much money wasted. they were awful at returning calls AND we’d had to pay for washing and drying our clothes… when they said there was one in our room.

Indian Shores Paradise!

The property was exactly as listed! Clean and had everything we needed. The beach was perfect and there is the ability to rent cabanas right outside the condos. *Indian Shores Coffee and Sweet Sage boutique are a must for coffee and breakfast. So many shops and places to eat within walking distance. If you are looking for a fishing excursion Fishing Clearwater Inshore was another great experience. We cannot wait to come back!

Graduation Trip

This was an amazing property. Our boys graduated this year. One from college and the other from high school. Everything was more than expected. The lady that assisted us with an early check in was so sweet and helpful. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. So much room and comfortable. The access to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions was great. Very memorable vacation!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Perfect for 4 kids

Great little condo right on the beach. If you don`t want to have to utilize a hide-a-bed, options tend to be limited in finding a 2 bedroom rental that can sleep 4 kids in one room. This one with the double bed and bunk bed all in the same room was perfect. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Easy Beach Vacation

Clean place with direct access to beach, beach area was quiet and kids had a great time. Pool was ok, very cloudy, kind of dirty. Not a lot of kitchen starting supplies, so if you're cooking purchase ahead, salt and pepper, ECT, cooking pans in bad shape. We rented beach chairs, they provided 2 which helped. Nice balcony patio and overall good stay. Strong negative is property is managed by a group, not individual so communication is slow, not detailed answers, and I didn't like using their website to access info and codes, nor signing their external documents, one line item stating they reserved the right to change rental unit, which may not have same amenities. Renting through VRBO should be just that, going forward I would not rent from a management company on any future rental.

Fantastic property in great location!

Although the complex itself is a bit older, it is well cared for, and this particular unit is beautifully updated and nicely furnished. It is exactly as shown in the listing, and was actually larger than we thought it would be from the pics. The deck is very spacious and has plenty of seating; the view of the intercoastal from it is peaceful and pretty—at sunrise especially! It is an easy walk out the other side of the property directly onto the beach. Their security was great, as a code was required not only for access to the unit but also to get into the elevator on the ground floor and to come into the parking garage from the beach side. We were two couples staying in it and all four of us would highly recommend it! It was also walking distance to some restaurants etc which made it very convenient.
