Superb retreat for exploring Borrego Springs

Wonderful two bedrooms golf course home, with hot tub and view of nearby mountains and golf course. Wonderful full kitchen and spacious living area. Great communication from the host. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are great as well. Will visit again!

This place was very close within walking distance to our sister and brother-in-law's home, where we spent Thanksgiving. Our gracious host Alberta welcomed us to the home, and we said our good-byes on our last day. Everything was very well communicated.

I needed a quiet getaway in a comfortable and beautiful setting, and that's exactly what I got. The gated entrance made me feel secure, the grounds are desertscaped and immaculately groomed. The house itself offered everything I needed or wanted. I highly recommend it.

Great Getaway

We came down for my birthday to play some golf and relax. Second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll be back. The host is very gracious and accommodating. Great location and very relaxing. We love Borrego Springs and the Anza- Borrego Desert and have been exploring the area for twenty plus years. Plenty of places for exploring with our Jeep and Rams Hill is a first class golf course.

Desert oasis

Super clean, well equipped, great location. I have privately communicated a suggestion for improvement to the host.We stayed there with another couple and there was plenty of private space. Location is inside manned security gates.

Nice location and home was comfortable.

The home was comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with. The house seemed to be well stocked with everything we needed. We have a couple of suggestions for the management though: The property could use some updating. For example, master bath tile, hot tub cover, master bedroom mattress. Also, the cabinets and garage storage areas could use some reorganization. There was a lot of cluttered "stuff" and hard to tell what was intended for guests or old stuff left by the owner or previous guests. But overall it was a good place to stay.

We like this place. Quiet corner of the world. The house is comfortable. Pet friendly places with step-in shower aren’t all that common. I also recommend the restaurant at the club. Maybe the nicest venue in Borrego Springs, and not all that pricey by today’s standards

This was our 2nd time here. Nice place. Quiet.Internet searches can be slow. Netflix, etc. runs fine. Rams Hill development is pretty nice. Restaurant has great views, the food is excellent for the price.

Whole experience was excellent. Host was very responsive and helpful. House was pristine and beautiful, in a great locations. Would highly recommend this wonderful place to stay when in Anza Borrego.

EXCELLENT!

The perfect place to take my old dog to escape the city noise during the 4th of July holiday. This home was super clean with everything I needed for a comfortable stay with thoughtful extras and easy access. Nice patio to enjoy the birds. And a great library filled with interesting topics and info on the locale. I appreciated Hostess Alberta's stellar communication and insistence to let her know if there was anything I needed. She is so kind and considerate. I hope to return soon, and I know my dog does, too. Thank you, Alberta.

Nice place, good combination of dog friendly and ease of access.

We really like this place and hope to return. It is hard to find places that are pet friendly and also good for people with mobility problems. Although the shower doesn't have a grab bar it is an easy "step-in". Toilets are the lower type but all the doors are wide enough for walkers. We did have a problem with check-in. Evolve gave us bad information but the owner was very helpful/responsive. Overall, I give this place great marks.

Great getaway

Very nice property in a nice area. The host was exceptional , all check in info was easy to follow and contact was quick. We left an item behind and when we contacted Alberta she arranged to personally hand deliver it back to us. That was amazing. Thank you. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Rams Hill Paradise

Great place in Rams Hill community. Very comfortable and roomy with everything you need. Loved the Jacuzzi on the master bedroom patio. Easy walk to clubhouse and pickleball, basketball courts. Only change I would like is a king bed in the master bedroom. Says it's a queen bed but I think it's a full. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this lovely, spacious home in the Rams Hill Golf Club near Borrego Springs. The patio faced the golf course and the view was more of the native trees and vegetation than the golf course itself which was a plus in our book! We love bird-watching and this was a great place to do it (including seeing two barn owls in the back yard). We also loved the peace and quiet and easy access to town and hiking trails. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Would Stay Again

My sister, I, and our dogs enjoyed our stay very much. The house itself was clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and very nicely landscaped, as is the entire Rams Hill development. Our only issue is that there seems to be no closet for one of the bedrooms. Other than that, everything else was great. We would recommend this property to others.

Fantastic location and gracious host

Great house for our for 3 week stay. Owner was very responsive. Noticed a few essential kitchen items missing which she ordered and sent immediately. There is an Obvious pride of ownership and willingness to make improvements. Always quick to respond to any of our questions.Great location with access to walking trails, pool, pickleball court, and clubhouse. Lovely outdoor spaces with golf course view. Comfortable furnishings and newer kitchen appliances.CONS (Just and FYI) -Fireplace wasn’t working which would have been nice since temperature drops drastically at night.-Heat/air conditioner fan is very loud (woke us the first few nights until we got used to it).Regardless of the cons we will certainly come back again next.

Get away from the Snow

My friend and I wanted a place away from our cold and snow. We were so excited to try this home away from home. We were so pleased with every aspect of the accommodations as it was everything and more than we expected !! We loved the place and will stay longer next time !!

Great place in the desert

This place is very nice. Nice setup and decor, beautiful landscaping and view, well cared for home. The owner is very kind, gracious and responsive. She made the stay easy and got right on it when there were questions and issues.
