We had a great stay! It was very clean and nice for our family of five. We each had a bed and were comfortable. Super close to downtown and walking distance to some parks. Our kids loved it! Carly, our concierge for the house was great and helped us a ton. 10/10!
The townhome was beautiful, clean and very accommodating. We needed to add another day to our stay prior to the weekend of arrival. They were kind enough to allow us to do that. Our grands loved it and didn’t want to leave.
We had a great stay while in Denver for a concert at Empower/Mile-High Stadium. Short walk to the stadium was great. Street parking was easy to find - we parked several hours before the concert - just have to pay attention to signs to not park in resident sticker areas. The condo was as nice as pictured - clean and spacious with modern decor and comfortable beds and furniture. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to hang out and relax. We also enjoyed the roof terrace!
We had 6 people who flew in for a concert at Empower Field and this location was perfect for our group. Each room having a bathroom made it very convenient for couples. We were able to walk to the stadium in 10 minutes. The roof top gathering area was a hit.
Perfect location for girls weekend. Group of 6 was perfect. Anymore would be a bit crowded. Rooftop patio great views. Easy to Uber downtown. Would stay here again. Awesome time!

There were 6 of us close friends that stayed for the Cheap Trick / Journey / Def Leppard concert and we all commented on what a nice place this was. Our favorite place ended up being the rooftop deck. We walked to an incredible authentic Mexican restaurant and it was absolutely delicious!!! Also - This is a great location for anything going on at Mile High stadium!
Close parking was difficult as the garage was not available to guests. A bunk bed had lots of hair in the sheets. Had to change for fresh sheets.Not enough blankets/ comforters for all beds.Otherwise it was a beautiful place in a good location.

We also provide clean and sufficient bedding for every bed and are sorry to hear that the sheets on one of the bunk beds did not meet your expectations. Fresh bedding was readily available in the home, and our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure everything is clean, welcoming, and prepared for each stay. Overall, I was highly impressed by the property. The pictures didn't quite do justice. The entire property was clean, and they even provided an Xbox/Roku for entertainment. The propane fire pit outside worked well, and the view was great. Only issue I had were parking was not obvious, due to the local streets all being so close to Empower Field. So many no parking signs were had to interpret. That, and the Roku remote needed batteries, so I swapped out batteries with a different controller.
