The AKA Brickell Penthouse offers the premium amenities and service of a luxury hotel, combined with the space and value of a vacation rental. Enjoy sweeping views of Brickell and Biscayne Bay from the top 2 floors of the building. The penthouse has dramatic 22' ceilings in the living room, flooding the space with natural light. The property is located in the heart of Brickell, and has the city's best bars, restaurants, and attractions at your doorstep.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BATHROOMS: All 6 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchens are fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and have a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 8, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: Pamper yourself with full access to all of the AKA Brickell' high-quality amenities like the heated resort pool, gym, spa, tennis courts and restaurants. A washer and dryer are located within the unit.

POOL HOURS: 9AM to 9PM (located at the 13th Floor)

PARKING: Brickell is a very walkable neighborhood in Miami. If you are bringing a car please be advised there is no parking included in your reservation. The building offers paid valet and street parking.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, 10 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Interaction with Guests:
A Guest Experience Manager will reach out to you with check-in instructions within 2 days prior to your arrival. A self check-in is granted unless an in-person check-in is requested. The Guest Experience Team will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay and are available 24/7. We are here if you need us, but not if you don't!
