If your reservation falls in the Winter months (mid-December through February 1), please be aware that the Ocean Sands building closes the pool and spa area if the temperature does not reach 68 degrees during the day.

Great location. You can have a nice quiet time here and it’s easy to find more night time entertainment if you prefer. We enjoyed our stay for sure!!

We checked in on Saturday as planned the room was not the first problem we encountered was air-conditioning not going to 68. I called Itrips they immediately come out and fixed it. The second thing we found was the back of the recliner and lost the boat and was loose they immediately. came out and they repaired it. Two weeks into our trip. They decided to replace all the air conditioners in our section of the condos. It was out for two days after talking to Itrips. They reimbursed me for those two days. We had a great day, and I fully recommend Verbo and Itrips. They are awesome to deal with so they get a 5 stars in my opinion.

Loved the location. Close to everything. We didn’t have a car so Uber and Instacart were very convenient and easy to schedule. Sunsets were amazing.

Excellent area in Madeira beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. Close to John’s Pass. Easy access to and from property. Midpoint from Clearwater and St Pete.

Wonderful view, covered, inside parking a plus. Very secure building. Great location. Apartment could use a bit updating, but no complaints. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Washer and dryer on site. Sunsets can be viewed from private porch. Totally enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Two weeks on the beach

We planned on spending all of our time on the beach or at the pool, and that is what we did. Being located by the grocery store, CVS, and the dollar store was very helpful because we did not have a car but we did have bikes. The bikes were hard to park because we needed to put them in the Condo. We wished they had a bike rack area to park and lock them to. So after a few days we returned the bikes because it was more of a hassle to have them. The restaurants in the area were good and when we wanted to go to John’s Pass we used the trolley which was wonderful and the stop was right by the driveway entrance. We also took the Trolley to Clearwater to see the sand sculptures event that is there every April. The Condo space was good for the two of us and sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins was wonderful.

Top Aussicht und Lage

Die Lage des Appartements ist Super und der Meerblick einfach fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Stand 80er als das Haus gebaut wurde aber durchaus in Ordnung. Das neueste Teil ist der riesige Fernseher, der bei dieser Aussicht aber für uns nicht wichtig war. Bei der Ankunft war es mit der Sauberkeit allerdings nicht so gut bestellt. Allerdings reagierte iTrip sehr schnell und war durch einen Mitarbeiter/Manager innerhalb 10 Minuten vor Ort und hat alle Mängel sofort erledigt und sich vielmals für den Mißstand entschuldigt. Die Kommunikation mit iTrip war absolut vorbildlich und hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gegend ist einfach toll, direkte Strandlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man alle fußläufig in einem Radius von 5 Minuten.
