Now Available, this newly renovated and beautifully furnished beachfront condo overlooking pool/hot-tub and grill area and the sandy beaches and aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico allows for stunning sunset views from two sides of this corner unit. With an over-sized private balcony, ideal for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while boasting daily dolphin sightings, this two bedroom/two bathroom Ocean Sands condo will provide a vacation to remember. The master king bedroom features a walk-in closet, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, television, and a direct view of the sandy beaches and Gulf. The queen bedroom shares the spacious guest bath that includes a large walk-in river-rock shower, ideal for a comforting foot massage to relax at any time of the day. The contemporary style living area provides sweeping beach views, direct access to the balcony, and features a modern dining area, two couches that pull out to a double and single bed for extra sleeping space, and a wide-screen television and DVD player. The kitchen and laundry room with direct views of the Gulf beaches are fully equipped for your worry-free stay. The balcony boasts lounge furniture, including an 8-person table with shading umbrella ideal for meals outdoors and relaxing with the breathtaking view. The condo is equipped with premium cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet and includes one covered parking space, with additional parking available on the grounds in front of the building. This unit has a two-week minimum stay and a six-person maximum occupancy. Keyed access to the buildings’ pool/hot-tub area and private beach are provided for the security of residents and guests. The building also offers a Tiki Hut area with charcoal grilling and shuffleboard overlooking the sandy Gulf Beaches. restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, and souvenir shops are available within walking distance and by using the Suncoast Trolley which passes in front of the building at regularly scheduled intervals every day. Had a wonderful stay at the condo. Beautiful ocean views, convenient location to all amenities in the area. Condo is bigger than it appears and the patio views of the ocean are so calming. Very clean condo with a lot of amenities, chairs, umbrella, beach toys and pool inflatables, beach towels, all in great condition. Close by stores, walking distance restaurants and ice cream shops. Condo overlooking pool, Very convenient with kids, great beach. One thing that it's located on a busy intersection, firetrucks, police cars are going by with loud sirens. Other than that, very well kept building.

Beautiful unit in outstanding location.

This was our third stay at Ocean Sands and our favorite unit so far. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen essentials and beach items. We loved the extra wide patio and spent lots of time on it. The corner unit on the first level is right above the office and allows easy access to the pool, beach and all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very good communication with the property owner even though she was out of the country. Other than an encounter with an office worker who complained there was "a lot of activity" in our unit (yes, 6 people coming and going throughout the day) and an "over the limit" number of guests (no, 4 adults and 2 children, although she insisted we had 4!!) it was perfect. I highly recommend Ocean Sands and this unit in particular.

Good but old and worn

Great location, clean but old worn furniture and beds, sliding doors and windows original and leaked, furniture too soft, low and deep (uncomfortable), beds too high and soft, had to buy 3way light bulbs to read, dining room fixture had only 40w bulb & 2 empty, toaster did not work, no hot pads, all dining chairs uncomfortable. Needs major update. No electric outlets or charging area, only larger plug, had to buy extension cord to plug in phones and computer.

Dirty refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cooking utensils, floors, bathroom counters. Had to clean before using. Had to wait one week to address water pressure in second bathroom and kitchen. Water just came out in small drip. Patio doors don't lock. In middle of night in second bedroom fan cord detached from ceiling and started to wrap around fan. Scared us. Maintenance did fix a couple days later. Best part of our stay was the patio deck and ocean view. The unit really needs overall maintenance and thorough cleaning.

Not perfect but, not the worst by a long shot.

This property was great other than the broken sliders and missing blinds. I understand getting somethings there take time but we booked with the ability to have sliders open at night and could not do it. I was told the sliders would be fixed, by the maintance/cleaning guy, and they never were. I did not contact the owner as we had been told a plan that never happened. The owner allowed us to set our stuff on the deck early, which we appreciated. My adult son also cleaned a ton of hair out of the drain in the other bathroom so it would actually drain. Minor fixes would of been very nice. We still had a great time, great location, and I loved the condo layout and balcony.

Great Location

The property was great. New balcony doors and windows were recently installed. The balcony was huge(approx 800 square feet) with an excellent ocean and beach view. The owner was very responsive to any request and excellent to deal with. We have already booked it again.

Great retreat

The condo is newly decorated with newer appliances and furnishings. The location is perfect as it is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Large patio is nice for sitting outside at night and the close proximity tithe ocean can’t be beat. The new umbrellas at the pool were a nice addition this year. Plenty of pool chairs are available for your use..

The view was wonderful. The beds were hard and the linens were itchy. A new coffee pot would make a nice difference the one that is there is very dingy. There was mis-communication when the air conditioning went out and we spent a few days with no air.

Layout of the condo is great the oversized balcony was amazing including the walkable location and beach front, easy access to beach. Condo was well equipped from kitchen thru the linens provided. Striking vista!

This condo makes you happy to be alive due to the amazing view of the beach and Gulf. You can have your morning coffee on a huge deck. The condo has nicely sized rooms and is quite comfortable. There’s restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are very close and the large indoor parking is a bonus. Lastly, the owner is a joy to deal with. We plan to spend time there for many years to come.

Just back from a 2 week family of 5 adults vacation. The balcony is huge with a table and lots of chairs. The sunsets were amazing. The condo is larger then what the pictures show. Our only complaint would be the sliding door is very difficult to open and close. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Amazing balcony

We really loved the balcony on this unit. We had issues with the sliding glass doors but they will be replaced in Aug 2019 so that removes the issue. The pool is well maintained and spacious. The only annoyance was that we had to use the fob to get to the beach or pool and back in again. Also we couldn't use the stair to go up to the condo. We had to use the elevator instead.
