Welcome to the Platinum Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This truly exceptional property is filled with designer touches throughout this new construction. The back patio space is ready to host your group for grilling, swimming and relaxing outside in Austin's perfect weather. There is a barrel sauna for those looking for a reset. At the heart of this home is a truly gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining room and living room for that open concept space. Additionally, there is a media room upstairs and a family room off the patio for more places to relax. Step into the bar/lounge for a cocktail. The finishes in this home are truly top of the line, and are perfect for those who appreciate luxury. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 8 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Extra charge of $50 per day if heating hot tub more than 4 hours per day.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
