Located 2 blocks from the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria and in the heart of Holmes Beach, Stay Salty is the vacation home of your dreams!

Our elevated home features a bright and comfortable living, dining and kitchen, in an open concept on the main living area. The deck with Adirondack chairs overlooks the lush tropical landscaping and is perfect for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee.

The six bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests with two king bedrooms on the second floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. The four additional bedrooms are on the third level, three with a king bed and the fourth with a set of twin over queen bunkbeds. The king bedroom on this level features an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa highlight the backyard, complete with a waterslide and outdoor shower. The poolside level features a living and dining space with a grill and dining table for ten, lounge furniture and TV. Steps away, the gameroom includes a foosball and ping pong table.

Stay Salty is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit with Max Total Weight Limit of 50lbs **

Stay Salty is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and convenient to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. We loved the house. It was beautiful and so clean. Every room was decorated so cute with an adorable theme. We will be back to rent this home again.

The property was first class, very nice home, well decorated, plenty of spaces to spread out for a large group, lots of different thing to entertain children. Loved the location, access to beach, community.Kitchen could use some new stove/oven and pans for cooking. Garage was great, stored tons of bikes and toys for the week, so much fun, thank you...

Great House and Location for All Families and all Ages!

We came from all parts of the country (IN, KS, CA) - ages ranging < 2 (grandson) to > 92 (great grandmother) - and we had a grand time in a spacious house at a perfect location. Although we were within a short walk to the beach, we often just enjoyed the beautiful pool/spa. We rented golfcarts and there were always plenty of good activity options for all. The owner/management was very responsive. This was/is a wonderful family vacation spot!!

Loved Stay Salty!

We all loved staying at this property for our family vacation! It would have been nice to have a pack & play and a highchair provided. The pool and outside patio area was amazing! We all can’t wait to come back someday! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, great accommodations.

Close to the beach, walkable to downtown Holmes Beach and Pine Avenue. House was clean and very accommodating for 9 adults. Super cute house and decor! I'd stay here again. Anna Maria Life Vacations very responsive to our needs.

Spacious and great location

We had 11 people and it was plenty of room overall. The living room area is a little small, but plenty of bedrooms and the outdoor space was amazing. Several beach chairs and towels as well. The kitchen has everything except for a Keurig, its a coffee pot. The pool slide looked so fun and we were excited to use it, however it is slightly dangerous. Both people who tried it got cuts/scrapes and said it goes way too fast (too slick and the angle of the slide). So after that no one used it. I definitely wouldn’t allow a child. However we had an issue with the hot tub not working and someone was at the place within an hour to fix it. Communication exceeded expectations and they even called the next day to ensure it was working properly. Also, bring a lot of bug spray and candles for outside. Just like anywhere in FL, the mosquitoes were awful by the pool. Overall a really great experience and the location was perfect. Just a couple of blocks to the beach.

Piece of Paradise!

Our extended family vacation to AMI for the first time was a huge success...our accommodations really fit our needs perfectly! We had 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren with us. We ate most meals in our home so it was great to have a dining table with 10 spots both in the house and down by the pool. With the US Open on all week it was great to have a BIG TV poolside with outdoor seating, a bar for drinks and a gas grill. With 90 degree, sunny weather on the beach our 1 and 2 year olds enjoyed pool time in shade as an option. In spite of the hurricane coming through a few days ahead of our trip we enjoyed the beach and island. We may make this a family tradition!

Pur Florida vacation

The house was great......just like advertised......the pool only gets about 2 hours of sun. It was all great except for the rats outside by the pool area.......everytime we grill we had to take the grates inside...so the rats wouldn't get to them...(they did come and set some traps for them ...but didn't seem to do much....we seen them in brawd daylight.....and at night when we would go to open the grill ....there would be a couple in there !).....otherwise nice house!

Spacious and good location

The property met all expectations. Plenty of room for a family or two. Close to beach. Nice pool and hot tub. If I had to find one downside it would be limited sun on property. House and palm trees are beautiful, but keep the pool mostly shaded. All in all a great option.

Awesome!

This was a relatively last minute trip and I was concerned I might not find anything nice left in Florida. I was wrong, I found STAY SALTY! This place was better than the pictures. A great pool and hot tub, and the patio was like a paradise. I would change nothing about the place, in fact I'm using a few of the ideas for my patio at home.

Perfect Family Vacation

Stay Salty is a wonderful property! The house is gorgeous and very well appointed. We loved how each room had a 'theme' and a name. All the rooms have plenty of space, the closets are large with plenty of hangars, suitcase stands and storage dressers. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance, pot, pan, serving dish and utensil you could need. Only exception was martini glasses, but we managed :-) Also dinnerware, cups, mugs were all higher end quality. The house was very clean, it even passed my Italian mother's approval, which she has never given to any other beach house we have ever stayed in! Easy, convenient 1 block walk to the beach, which resembles the Caribbean. The pool area is a tropical oasis, very private and was perfect for relaxing after the beach. The only issue we had was with mosquitos in the lanai area. It was really terrible and did hinder us from using the area in the evening. A bit better with bug spray and citronella candles, but still not tolerable. Looking on the bright side, it kept us indoor at night so we avoided any noise ordinance issues. We also loved the convenience of beach floats, a beach cart, umbrella and beach chairs. We were 12 adults and never had any issues with space or a hot shower when we were all getting ready for dinner at the same time. Also loved he free AMI shuttle and we highly recommend the Monkey Bus! Stay Salty is fantastic beach property and we would definitely stay again!

Family Covid Getaway

Property is well located. Close to the action of Anna Maria and the beach. Property is well kept and properly described. Property is new and well furnished. Things not included in the property description - homes in this area are very close together. If you have an interest sleeping past 8am, this may not be the place for you. There are 4 neighboring pools (literally within 100 yards) and were often full of children starting at 8am. The house has many stairs, if you have elderly or young children this may be a problem. Finally the air conditioning works great. However it comes on and cools the place and then shuts off causing you to either be very cold or too warm. Finally we requested more propane from the management company and never received a new canister. Overall I would rent this place again. Just helpful to know some of these tips prior to showing up.
