Welcome to our seasonal rental luxury single family heated pool and spa home located in one of Bonita Springs newest golfing community- Bonita National Golf and Country Club. Our community is located at the eastern end of Bonita Beach Road and our home is tucked away on a street surrounded by lakes. Our home also includes a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms and a den as well as 3 full sized bathrooms. The community has wonderful modern amenities including tennis courts, a lap pool, a resort style pool with waterfall, a heated spa and a large deck with many seating and lounging options. There are multiple onsite dining and bar options with both formal and informal options. We can't wait to have you enjoy our home!

The Space:
Our Home is the Maria Floorplan by Lennar which includes over 2200 square feet of living space. Upon entering the home through the front door guests come into the foyer. To the right is a hallway with a pocket door that leads to the Third bedroom and Bathroom and the Den. The third bedroom is in the front of the home and it faces the manicured front lawn and subtropical landscape. This room contains a Queen bed and a night stand with a lamp. The wall behind the head of the bed has custom wood work and there is a ceiling fan with a light for additional comfort. Just outside of this bedroom is the third full sized bathroom which contains a glass enclosed shower and tub combo with a single granite topped counter and sink. The third bathroom is shared with the den which has a desk and a chair and a pull out sofa for a total occupancy of 8.

The second bedroom which contains a Queen bed is across the foyer from the den on the left side of the home. This bedroom has a Queen bed with a nightstand and lamp as well as a large dresser and closet. There is custom wood work done on the walls like the third bedroom. This is a full suite bedroom as it contains an en suite bathroom. This second bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and a single vanity and sink. The laundry room with the full sized washer and dryer and located just outside of this bedroom and the laundry room has a door to/from the garage.

The living spaces of the home share a large open concept with the dining room, kitchen and family room all in the middle and back right of the home. There is a trip set of sliding doors to allow guests to easily access the lanai from the family room. The kitchen features a large island with 3 chairs for informal dining, white cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances throughout along with a large panty as well as a glass topped stove.

The dining space contains a rectangular table that seats 8 with coffered ceilings and a 5 light chandelier adding additional light to it. Just behind the dining set is the family room which has a large smart TV and TV cabinet, a accent arm chair and a section sofa along with multiple small tables. The lanai is reached directly from the family room and the Main bedroom and it is the main feature outdoors with a outdoor kitchen with grill and mini fridge and multiple under roof seating areas. The pavered pool deck contains chaise lounges with a side table and the heated free from pool and spas have expansive eastern views across the freshwater lake behind the home.

The main bedroom is in the back middle and left of the home and it contains a King bed, dual night stands and lamps, a ceiling fan coming out of the coffered ceiling, a TV, dresser and bench to sit on while changing and putting on shoes. There are 2 windows with eastern views towards the pool and lake as well as a single slider allow access to the lanai from this bedroom. The large attached en suite bathroom has multiple closets, dual sinks in the vanity, a glass enclosed shower and a soaking tub. Additionally there is a water closet with the toilet and a linen closet.

Bonita National has top of the line luxurious amenities for all ages and interests. There are 8 Har-Tru Tennis courts with a very active Tennis center, there is a state of the art Fitness and Group Exercise room and many different types of available classes including Boot Camp, Spin, Pilates, Water Aerobics, Yoga and much more! Bonita National has the U-Topia Spa onsite which offers a variety of different services including facials, massages and body treatments. There is a combination resort style pool with a waterfall and spa along with a lap pool. There is a very large pool deck with chaise loungers, umbrellas, and more! Onsite dining options include the the Poolside Cafe for quick bites and drinks and the grill room in the Golf Clubhouse with lunch and dinner menus along with a full bar.

This pool is heated to 85 degrees and it can be naturally warmer in the summer and fall months. If guests would like it warmer there will be an additional charge of $20/day.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 25 minute drive from Bonita National

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation if booking.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
