The main level includes a fab Kitchen with island seating, granite, stainless and custom tile work. Dining area at one end of the Kitchen, which opens to a Living area with gas fireplace and custom built-ins. The main living space opens onto an enclosed porch with a bar area for entertaining, which then leads out to the ocean side deck. Half Bath on the main level, with 2 full Baths and both Bedrooms located on the 2nd Floor.

Master Bedroom with King features slider access to a private upper level deck, ocean views and en-suite Bath with walkin shower. Bedroom with Queen offers views of the tidal salt marshes and glimpse of the ocean. Relax on the enclosed porch or on the open air deck, enjoying comfortable seating, a barbeque on the gas grill and easy access by private stairway to the beach below.

*Please Note: This property is accessed via an unpaved road that, while generally accessible, may experience rare flooding during exceptionally high tides due to its proximity to the marsh. We recommend using a suitable vehicle and planning accordingly based on the tide
