Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback of the property. We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for your next trip to Kiawah.
Really enjoyed our week in West Beach. Great condo- as described, well located and an easy walk to the Beach and Night Heron Park. Would definitely stay here again.
This was our first time in Kiawah. The condo was exactly what we were looking for! Great kitchen/amenities and in a quiet area. The beach gear credit was an awesome addition and we rode the bikes every day. We loved the deck and screened-in porch. I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Kiawah!!
We returned to Kiawah for the fourth time after 13 years and our first time staying in this location. Condo was comfortable-kitchen had everything we needed -beds were great. We loved the outdoor space overlooking the lagoon. Bikes were wonderful and came in handy. Beach is close as well as Night Herron Park for breakfast at The Nest. Weather was nice and we enjoyed several restaurants and a day in Charleston.
Our only complaint is that the deck furniture was in awful condition. Didnt even sit on it all week.

Beautiful location, broken promises…
Location is great. Condo quiet and comfortable. However. The furniture is filthy, especially the couch. Outdoor furniture in the screened area needs replacing.
The biggest problem we had was that the dryer didn’t work in the unit. We notified the real estate company who manages the rentals on the second day of a 14 night stay. Five days of calling them later, Friday, someone came to look at it. We were promised a new dryer in the unit by Monday “at the latest!” Yeah. Never happened.
They did give us the entry code to another unit so we could do laundry one day. However. We were given the wrong unit number. Twice. Then we were given the wrong code. Five - count them, 5! Times.
Also, when you are on weeks 2 and 3 of a month long vacation, and are at the beach, and you specifically rented a condo to be able to do laundry whenever it’s convenient, this is not acceptable.
The management company blames the owner for not “giving them permission to replace the machine”. Whatever. I don’t care - I am on vacation and paying a good buck - just fix it!
Everyone was very nice and sounded very friendly and helpful, but they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. And indeed, no one did a thing.
I love Kiawah, but this unit and management company are off our list.

We are truly sorry for your disappointment in our service. It does seem that there was significant miscommunication on both ends. From our records, our maintenance technician came on the Monday we received your call to look at the dryer, at which point it was determined that a part would need to be ordered. As soon as we received approval for the cost of the repair, it was ordered and we were told it would be about a week for the part to arrive, which was regrettably delayed. This information was communicated as we were provided it. I do see that on the same day as being reported our team offered to provide laundry service which was declined and we worked to provide another property to use for laundry, and truly apologize if there was any miscommunication in providing that access information as it is not part of our typical practice. We do everything that we are able to work efficiently and accurately to assist our guests, especially if an issue such as this arises. We are, again, sorry that you feel we missed the mark here and will work diligently to improve for future.
