The setting
Located in the Vilano Beach community, the home sits in a calm residential neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and about 6 miles from downtown St. Augustine. You are close to local dining spots, the Vilano Pier, and scenic stretches along the Intracoastal Waterway, while still feeling tucked away from busier areas.

Indoor living spaces
With approximately 3,600 square feet across two levels, the layout is designed for shared time and personal space. The first floor centers around an entertainment area featuring an HDTV with Roku, foosball table, games, and a comfortable place for movie nights or downtime. A private entrance, free parking on the premises for up to four vehicles, and self check-in with a keypad make arrivals and departures smooth and simple.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms:

* A bunk room with two twin-over-full beds
* A guest room with two double beds
* An ocean-facing primary bedroom with a king bed and balcony access
* A second bedroom with a king bed and views toward the surrounding neighborhood
* A queen bedroom overlooking a quiet nature preserve

There are three bathrooms, and bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage are provided.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space for preparing meals together, with full-size appliances, cookware, and a dining table nearby. Whether you are cooking a casual breakfast or planning a group dinner, the layout supports easy gathering indoors, with additional outdoor dining options nearby.

Outdoor living and views
Outdoor areas extend the living space with a private pool, pool views, and balconies that capture beach and ocean views. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head out for shoreline walks or relaxed beach days without extra planning.

Connectivity and essentials
WiFi supports work and streaming needs, while central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and home safety features include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
