Set in the sought-after Vilano Beach community, this 5-bedroom home offers 3,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space and accommodates up to 12 guests. The beach is just a short stroll away, and downtown St. Augustine - with its restaurants, landmarks, and waterfront views - is about six miles from the house. With a private entrance, free parking on premises for four vehicles, and self check-in via keypad, arrivals and departures are simple and convenient.

Outdoor Living
The private pool invites you in, with a pool view and space to relax between beach outings. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy beach view and ocean view glimpses along with sunset skies. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head out for a walk along the shoreline or a full day by the water.

First Floor - Entertainment and Rest
The first floor is designed for gathering and downtime. A game room atmosphere includes a 75” HDTV with Roku, foosball, and space to spread out for board games. A bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds offers flexible sleeping arrangements, while a guest room with 2 double beds is ideal for friends or kids sharing space. A full bathroom and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Second Floor - Comfortable Retreats
Upstairs, the ocean-facing master suite features a memory foam king bed and private balcony access with partial sea views. A second king suite offers its own inviting space, and the queen bedroom overlooks a peaceful nature preserve and includes a 42” flat-screen TV. In total, the home includes 7 beds across 5 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with an electric stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table for gathering together. Whether you’re starting the day with breakfast before the beach or winding down after sightseeing, the layout supports easy group meals and conversation.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, bathroom essentials, and thoughtful storage throughout.
