Welcome to the Pirate Beach Hideaway. This condo has been recently updated and located steps from the heart of Flagler Beach, the Pier and is behind the infamous Tortugas restaurant. Being so close, it's possible to park your car and walk everywhere during your stay. The balcony gives you a direct view of the Pier. Soak up the ocean views and cool breezes from your back balcony. This home is a fabulous location - just steps from numerous restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and of course the miles of famous coquina sand beach. Getting up early one morning for a coffee and sunrise is a must!



The condo is a one-bedroom with a brand-new king-size bed and a futon in the living room for extra sleeping, which is suitable for two young children or one adult. WiFi is included and a smart TV has been provided for you to unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen and bath have been updated and the condo is decorated with the most amazing pirate-themed decor.



There is a specific numbered parking spot in front of your condo and extra parking on the street for visitors. Flagler Beach is a sleepy little beach town Perched between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach along the scenic A1A highway. It is a perfect mix of spectacular beaches, fun beach-style bars with great music and fantastic local surf fishing from the beach or the Flagler Beach pier. Enjoy a taste of casual luxury along this stunning stretch of unspoiled beach on the Atlantic coast.

THINGS TO NOTE

The living room has been changed (new photos coming).

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (8-10) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

On the second Thursday of every month, the HOA has pest control come to treat the property.

Parking: There is one designated parking space.

For your safety and security that is an exterior camera on the outside of the condo.

Nice Place to stay close to the beach.

Clean, comfortable place. Very close to ocean. Bed was very comfortable. Good space for meal prep and small gathering (6-8 people). Near restaurant. Restaurant noise was minimal. Would definitely stay again!

A great long weekend stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pirate Beach Hideaway! The location is perfect...right across the street from the beach and directly behind Tortugas, where we had a few meals and drinks during our stay. The king bed was so comfortable! I wish I had looked to see the brand so I can get one for home. We will be back!

Great location.

We really liked how close we were to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. I think having shears on the windows would help because the unit was very dark. The cover on the couch was annoying because it slid all the time and the rug was a tripping hazard. But location, location, location - awesome!!

It was ok, furniture uncomfortably, no extra blankets (it was 44) walls thin could her neighbors and other side conversations from staff at local Restaurant.Location was very nice, could see beach from the front but the back balcony not so good. Saw trash area of restaurant

Flagler Beach Rental

Everything with the condo was good. It was close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only thing was that Tortugas is about 10 feet from the condo with the kitchen exhaust coming out the back of the restaurant next to the condo. They had live music but we couldn't hear it in the condo. You couldn't smell anything in the condo but when you walked out the door the fish fryer smell and trash smell could be pretty strong at times.

Great location but doesnā€™t really sleep four people

The location of this property was fantastic! It was clean and well stocked. Property managers were excellent and super responsive. We are a family of four with two teenage children, and the futon is the only ā€œbedā€ besides the king in the master. It didnā€™t exactly work for my teenage son and daughter, so he slept on the floor all week. It might sleep 4 if you have two toddlers, but otherwise you need a different plan.

Great Place / Fantastic Location

If you're looking for the heart of Flagler Beach, this is the place for you. Right across Rt. A1A to the boardwalk & beach and a really easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The unit was well stocked with everything you will need, and very comfortable. This unit has ocean views from both the front door and the deck out back. Tortuga's, which is right next door, became my favorite restaurant during my two week stay. My only complaint (and it's minor) is the instructions for locking / unlocking the front door could have been clearer. But, once I figured it out it was fine. (likely user error) I would definitely stay there again!

On Flagler Beach

For the first few days we had an air conditioning issue - it would switch to eco mode during the day and be very hot when we returned. It took many hours to cool down. Unfortunately the property managers didnā€™t seem to either believe or couldnā€™t figure out what was going on. After three days they got it and it was fixed. Hopefully next guests wonā€™t experience the problem. Loved the location - lots of restaurants near by and boardwalk for morning walks was wonderful!
