This fantastic single level ocean escape sits just moments from downtown Rockaway and the beach. Sitting off of the highway far enough you can enjoy safety, peace, and enjoyment but close enough its just a short drive or jaunt to the beach.



Entering inside you will find a cozy and comfortable living and dining area. Whether you are snuggling near the electric fireplace or relaxing to one of your favorite streams its a wonderful place to unwind and relax. The kitchen just beyond is fully stocked for most any of your culinary creations. Outside, you will find peace around the fire pit.



There are two spacious bedrooms and the full bathroom. Additionally make your way out to the patio where you will find ample seating under the forested expanse. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure with your favorite snack or beverage.



There is no doubt the 'Beachy Bungalow' will be a truly special setting for you to enjoy all the Oregon Coast and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.



★ Hot tub *We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.



PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Cozy and adorable space in a quiet neighborhood. This is my 2nd time staying at this home. Enjoyed the addition of the hot tub. I did have trouble with the ROKU settings and communicated with ITrip, but was unable to resolve issue as they were not able to reach homeowner. Upon check-in, the home did not feel as 'clean' as my first stay a year earlier. Used the vacuum cleaner and noticed the roller bar was 'clogged' with 3 separate dryer sheets. Ugh!However, the location of this home is perfect... only 1/2 mile walk to beach.

Amazing Stay

The house was beautiful with up to date features and appliances. Spacious living area and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very proactive in making sure we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

End of summer vacation

The beach bungalow was a perfect place to stay for my little family. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that was away from the chaos of Highway 101, but still within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Perfect old fashion beach cottage. The interior is well furnished. Kitchen well stocked, and beds very comfortable. About 3/4 mi from beach. Parking at beach was easier than I had read about.

Peaceful home with forest view and beach access

The house was clean and simply decorated. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Provisions were even made for our pets. We are planning to go back as soon as we can. Loved this place!!!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

The home is exactly what you hope for on a Beach Vacation with Family. The property is very well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable. The check in process and timeframe leading up to it was organized and made easy by the property owners. We got great sleep, had a BBQ and multiple nights in front of the fire pit. We also were able to be walking distance from the beach, and played some great board games at night. I would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location for a place to stay on the Oregon coast!

Very bad experience.

Couldn’t shower due to clogged bath drain, followed by broken washer (which management knew about), followed by broken dishwasher, and all the while unable to use tv as required QR code. This was supposed to be a working vacation for me and my dog to work quietly and without interruption. iTrip manager, Chris, and his cohorts ruined the stay. I cannot imagine how they rented out the cottage without first fixing the problems. I told manager Chris that I required compensation to which he responded that that would not be possible. Strike this one from your list ! Manager Chris told me to do my wash at the local laundromat Really???!!

Suzanne, we regret the issues you encountered during your stay and any inconvenience they caused, as this is not a standard experience our guests have. I would like to address a few of your points noted in your review. As soon as we were informed of the bathroom drainage issue, we dispatched a team member who promptly resolved it. We apologize if there was any confusion with the tub; you need to pull the downspout to engage the showerhead. Regarding the washer and dryer, we regret they were not operable during your stay, but they have since been replaced. Our team offered to cover laundry service costs to ensure your needs were met during your stay. Additionally, upon our inspection, both the dishwasher and TV were found to be in working order. The TV operates with a simple Roku setup and soundbar, without requiring a QR code. Had you needed further assistance with these amenities, we would have been happy to assist you. We strive to provide exceptional service and are confident our other reviews will highlight the consistent 5-star experiences of our guests. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other additional comments or concerns as we greatly value all of our guests insight and feedback.

Overall the hosts were very attentive and the property was largely as expected based on the listing. My only consideration was that the outdoor lighting on the deck and fireplace areas was not working. The host did attempt to troubleshoot, but unable to correct. The BBQ was a bit undersized and outdated for household cooking and was not filled with propane. This delayed one of our planned outdoor cooking meals by a day while waiting for the host to refill the propane tank. Overall, the location was great...out of the bustle of the town tourists and close enough to town to get in within 5-minutes max. I would highly recommend this location. We enjoyed the hot tub thoroughly. For our honeymoon location to celebrate we loved calling this a location we love.
