The stay was wonderful and I can't give enough compliments to the owner who answered any and all questions. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a weeks vacation or just a mini vacation.

Family Beach Fun

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, well stocked and pleasantly decorated. The owner was super responsive and very accommodating!

Great location. The owner was beyond accommodating, especially when I had trouble locating the property because of Google maps. Loved everything about this condo rental and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great Get Away

Very nice condo, clean, beds comfortable. Just a street over from the beach. Nice deck to relax for morning coffee and evenings to wind down. Close to restaurants & shopping. Amenities all we needed. Michael checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again !

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Our contact Michael stayed connected with us through our whole arrival and check in, which was effortless. The home was immaculate. Furnishings and furniture were brand new. It was very well equipped with anything you could want for. The location was central to many restaurants and attractions (but not too close keeping it quiet and charming). We are looking forward to coming back next year for the whole month!

We will be back!

This was our first time in the Myrtle Beach area and we blindly chose a place to stay without knowing much about anything! We were beyond impressed with the condo, the close proximity to the beach, and the town of Surfside. It could not have been better! We were in town for a travel baseball tournament at Grand Park Athletic Complex. Travelling to and from the fields was an easy 15-20 minute drive. Everything we needed was close by and easily accessible. After a long day of baseball games, it was so nice to come back to Surfside for a relaxing evening on the beach and good food in town.

The best place we have ever stayed at in off season ! WOW

This condo is so well equipped and has all the comforts of home . The ocean view and sounds are so calming . Our walks every morning and evening in the neighborhood or on the beach ( literally 100ft away ) were superb. The owners obviously used a professional interior decorator and excellent housekeeping . Huge laundry room , great kitchen and baths with gorgeous mirrors . The beds are super comfortable and instead of a pull out sofa they have very comfy Wheel out portable beds . Plenty of parking , great balcony and internet ! We are booking again but this time through Evolve it seems much easier and better customerService .

Immaculate Condo

As soon as you walk in the door of this condo, you feel the beach vibe. Tastefully decorated in beach theme. Recently renovated in a cozy and chic design. I love the octopus art over the master shower. New furniture and wash and dryer. All new appliances. kitchen has everything you need and then some. Steps to the beach. The pool was well maintained and clean. We will definitely come back to this condo and advise family and friends about this beautiful gem.

Summer Vacation ‘24

We had a very relaxing stay here at the condo. It was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We had the pool to ourselves each time we went and the beach was only a few steps away across the street. Very accessible to get to! Any questions we had regarding our stay, the owner responded in a timely fashion. One thing we liked about this section of Myrtle Beach is that it wasn’t directly next to Surfside Pier and its restaurants, which allowed us to still enjoy them, but not be bothered with the noise. The heart of Myrtle Beach, Skywheel, and Boardwalk with tons of shopping and restaurants is only a 30 minute drive North. We also stopped by Warbird Park, WWII Memorial, and Savannah’s Playground about 20 min North (towards Myrtle Beach) to let the kids play. Last, but not least, we enjoyed about 5hrs at Broadway Grand Prix riding go-karts and mini golf. I would definitely recommend the condo and any of the activities to others!

Gorgeous and Basically on the beach with ocean view and not as pricey as oceanfront units .

This is such a hidden brand new gem right at the beach ! Seems like everything is so well thought out and appointed . Great huge kitchen , everything you need to cook a gourmet meal . Bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable and roomy . At first we thought the stairs would be an issue but were totally wrong - basically only one short flight and super easy to get to and from condo . The balcony has a great ocean view and amazing to have a coffee or cocktail on and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. Beach access is directly across the street ( 50 ft ) and the pool is huge with plenty of furniture and deep too !Location is key and this place is in the heart of it all and great prices for basically being on the beach . We booked again for next year because we know this “ new “ unit will be very popular and hard to book in the future. The owner is a pleasure to work with as well and very accommodating.

Absolutely wonderful condo and vacation!!

Can’t say enough about this condo and location. Kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms were very well equipped for our family of four… Two adults and two teenagers. The unit was very nicely decorated as well. Equally appealing is its location just across the street from the ocean with very easy beach access, making those trecks from ocean to pool super convenient. Speaking of pool, it was very clean and convenient to enter, and the temperature was perfect during our August stay. And last but certainly not least, a huge shout out to Michael, the owner, for his timely and accurate communications, which certainly put our minds at ease that the the condo would be ready for us after our journey in from Ohio. He also openly communicated check in specifics, cleaning times and the travel plans of guests before and after us so everyone could adjust their travel schedules accordingly. For anyone that has not been to Surfside Beach it’s just far enough south of Myrtle to get you out of the craziness, Yet has so many great restaurants and entertainment options of its own! Thanks again, Michael for a great vacation… We will definitely be back!!
