Stunning Oceanfront Home with Resort-Style Amenities!

Treat yourself and your family with this beautiful and large resort-style oceanfront home!

The chef-inspired kitchen is enormous and nicely updated. Features include a large gas stove, island for ample preparation space, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a bar which can seat a few guests. Just off of the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for five.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests.

Throughout the home there are several entertainment spaces such as three living areas/dens (all with HDTVs) and a large and open 'game area' with a pool table and a bar!

This elegantly-designed home features five bedrooms and/or suites. The primary suite boasts a king bed, HDTV, en-suite primary bathroom and a private balcony from which you can take in the Atlantic Ocean with a morning cup of coffee! The primary bathroom has a granite topped double-sink vanity, large sunken tub and a separate custom-tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains a full-size bunk bed set, meaning both the top and bottom bunk have a full-size mattress! An HDTV and an en-suite bathroom complete this space. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a custom- tiled walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has two double beds, an HDTV and an en-suite bathroom that consists of a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

The top floor of the home has a porch that runs along the length of the home which faces the Atlantic Ocean! The views are second to none. There are several seating options including outdoor dining and lounging.

Enjoy your very own private pool and spa located directly on the oceanfront! There is a private walkway which guests can use to cross the sand dunes to the Atlantic Ocean! Having a family vacation could not be any easier when these amenities are all at your fingertips!

The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

The elevator is not for guest use.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Our family was so excited to stay at this beautiful home. We had pre-paid to have the pool heated during our stay. We have 3 granddaughters ages of 2 1/2, 15 months and 4 months. We received a call at 6pm on Friday night and were told the pool heater was broken and would not be fixed. This was not acceptable to us, I'm sure there are plently of pool companies that would come out

My wife and I booked the home for our 4 college age daughters and their 4 friends. The home worked perfectly for the 10 of us. We rotated cooking duties every night and it worked out beautifully -- the kitchen was well equipped with cooking, plates and utensils. Big open spaces to congregate. The location was perfect -- right on the beach, beautiful sunrise views and a nice swimming pool. The pool got shady in the late afternoon - we enjoyed the respite from the sun. A few nit picky notes -- (1) there was a pretty substantial surcharge to use the hot tub (which we opted out of) (2) the beach equipment was a little beat up and there was no beach umbrella (3) the main window in the dining room was broken and obstructed what should have been a killer view during meals. Overall, a great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was perfect for our large group, with plenty of room to spread out for alone time or be together. The only thing we had an issue with was not being able to heat the pool and spa. We would of loved to be able to use the spa atleast but we're told they were unable to heat it past Oct 1st which is a little silly because the colder months are when someone would prefer to heat the pool and spa. We did the fishing charter off shore and loved it! Overall, a wonderful trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed in Palmetto Dunes for the last 13 summers and have enjoyed a variety of vacations in assorted beach homes. We have absolutely loved each trip, but this has been our favorite house so far. The layout of the bedrooms is fantastic. The first floor has 2 bedrooms separated by a large family room (with additional sofa beds). A mid-stair floor offers 2 additional bedrooms (one with bunks) while the primary bedroom can be found on the third floor. This creates areas of privacy for the occupants which is something not found in many homes. The kitchen is really well stocked and has lots of storage. The entire back of the house has windows that overlook the beach. A deck outside spans almost the entire length of the house. We watched deer in the dunes every night.We enjoyed the pool but really took advantage of the beach because the private walk was so easy plus the beach usually had no other occupants.We have already rented this home for next year’s vacation. 5 stars-highly recommend!
