Los clientes están seguros de disfrutar de unas vacaciones memorables en esta completamente amueblado, de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños, además de ducha al aire libre, sola casa de la familia.  El dormitorio principal / principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, mientras que los restantes 2 habitaciones están equipadas con una cama doble y una cama simple / doble litera (s), cómodo para dormir 7 personas.  La cabaña está equipada con televisión por cable y Wifi La cocina está totalmente actualizado y equipadas con todo lo que necesitará. Un asador de gas se encuentra en el patio trasero, justo al lado de la cubierta lateral. Situado al este de la Ruta 1, a pocas cuadras de la playa, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de sol, surf, caminar en el malecón y disfrutar del atardecer desde el porche. 
 
Pasa todo el día, disfrutando de las atracciones cercanas como restaurantes a poca distancia a pie y por la noche atracciones en el paseo marítimo.

Perfect getaway!

Nancy was incredibly quick about answering all of our questions and made herself available to us at all times! She even left us some treats as a welcome. This was the perfect space for a weekend getaway with our group of girlfriends. Easy to walk to the beach and into town for meals if we wanted. Fully stocked house and kitchen with beach chairs and an outdoor shower. Great spaces to sit on the front deck with more seating and a grill on the side deck. Thank you Nancy for being so flexible with us and responding so quickly to everything!! We will definitely look to book your wonderful little bungalow again soon. It had everything we needed and more!

Felt like home!

Very responsive host! The check-in process was easy and we walked into an extremely pleasant, clean and homey beach house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and well-stocked with everything that you would need, and the outdoor shower was convenient and easy to use. The beach was a 3 minute walk away with very little traffic. We enjoyed several restaurants within walking distance toward the boardwalk. This house was the perfect balance of being far enough away from the busy boardwalk area and close enough to not have to drive for most of the attractions. Our family had an amazing time.

perfect family getaway

We rented this property to have a family vacation with our adult children. The three bedrooms and two full baths, allowed 3 couples to stay comfortably. The whole house is well equipped with everything you could need from pencil and paper to laundry detergent and a clothes line out back that comes in handy for all those suits and towels. The outside shower is also a plus! The home is very nicely decorated, well kept and clean. We grilled local fish on the deck a few nights. The beach is a short walk which makes it easy to enjoy a full day at the beach and still come up for a lunch break. It is also a short walk into town, which my husband and son enjoyed just about every night for ice cream! Don't miss the Farmer's Market on Sunday morning. Nancy (the owner) was very helpful when I asked about some local restaurants and places to launch our paddle boards. We had a fabulous week and made lots of precious memories :) We will be back!

Home Away from Home

Our second visit to this property. Even though it’s 2-years later, the cottage is just as beautiful and welcoming as our first time. Nancy and her family go out of their way to provide a clean, well appointed, and comfortable beach cottage, Great location to everything. We will only stay here when we come back.

We didn't want to leave! Five Star Plus!!!!

I was "team ocean" before I got married. But, shortly after saying "I DO", my husband moved me to the Midwest and I had to become "team lake". We were fortunate to rent the same house, the same week in July, steps from Crystal Lake in Michigan for the last 20 or so years.We made many family memories there. This year, my son asked if he and his friends could take our week at the lake. We had moved back to southeastern PA so traveling to MI was going to be a hassle. Here was my chance to see if I was still an ocean lover without losing our week at the lake for next year! I started looking on the site and was getting pretty depressed. I didn't want a condo or a mega house...then I saw this simply adorable, in-town cottage only a few blocks from the beach! Could these pictures be real?! While there weren't many reviews ,all were 5 star! I went for it! The pictures didn't lie! This cottage felt like home the minute we walked onto the front porch. Nancy, the owner, put a lot of thought into making this bungalow the perfect vacation rental. She even left beach chairs, boogie boards, and other accessories in a bin in the backyard in case we forgot our own! Every room had it's own comfortable, beach vibe. The kitchen was spacious and updated, equipped with all the necessities! The entire house felt clean, bright, and new! I am so happy I took a chance and booked this cottage! My husband and I haven't had a truly relaxing vacation like this in a very long time....week at the lake included...in several years. I think we were surprised that we could enjoy a vacation at the beach, just the two of us, as much as we did. I'm sure staying here contributed greatly to the enjoyment factor. And, I am happy to report, I am still "team ocean"! I hesitated to write this review as I wanted to keep this gem off the radar of other potential renters. But, Nancy and her cottage deserve the accolades. If I could give more stars, I would.

Wonderful property. Well kept and loved.

Nancy Butters, the owner, was attentive, communicated regularly in the lead up to our stay, and keeps the property in great shape and the experience a delight. I hate to give such a glowing review for fear the property won't be available when I want to rent again.

Perfect home away from home

You get a sense of being home the first second you step through the front door. Inside is beautifully decorated yet comfy and welcoming. As you explore the house, you realize every detail has been thoughtfully provided for in the gorgeous kitchen, the comfy bedrooms, the fully equipped laundry room, two full bathrooms, and the relaxing porch outside. All the rooms are very clean, bright, and cheery. We had come to attend a wedding and our stay at the beach cottage turned it into a mini-vacation. Thank you, Nancy, for being the perfect host. This property is highly recommended.

Everything was just as listed and we could not be happier. Thanks Nancy for sharing your home. We are interested in return trips in the future. The home is spacious enough to find some peace and quiet and a great space to share with others. We had 6 adults in the home and we all liked the accommodations. Thanks again for everything

Great House with a short walk to beach!

Not only is the owner Nancy fantastic and really providing for her guest the house is so cute and close to the beach-like 3-5 min walk not crossing any major roads! ! I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
