Good Stay

Overall the stay was good. The property was clean and the home was beautiful. The only two issues we faced were: no propane in the outdoor grill (so we had to pay for a refill out of pocket - request to property management was never actioned), and the gate access code to enter the neighborhood was incorrect. Other than that the stay was good.

The property itself is beautiful, and the lake view is absolutely gorgeous. The home is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and offers a very peaceful and quiet setting.Our only concern was the condition of the back patio area. There were several wasp nests and a significant amount of cobwebs, and the grill and outdoor seating area did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Since the patio and deck were one of the main reasons we chose this home, it was disappointing that we were not able to fully enjoy the outdoor space right away.After reaching out, a cleaning person came to wipe down the area, and we were told someone would address the wasp issue. The maintenance person later came to spray the wasps and was kind enough to pressure wash part of the deck, which allowed our family to finally enjoy the patio area.We appreciate the quick response from the team, but we would suggest having the outdoor areas pressure washed and maintained regularly, especially the patio, deck, grill, and seating areas. Keeping this space clean and ready would make the experience match the beauty of the property and the incredible views it offers.
