We really loved the location! Close to all the hikes and shopping, but yet still in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable too.Two thoughts/suggestions: the flooring needs replacing and we would have loved a couple recliners to relax in. The kitchen table was a little small for our group.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen is large and the dining table was big enough for our group. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.A couple of things to note for future guests:This home has several areas with steps. Between the kitchen and bathroom 2 of the bedrooms, there are 4 or 5 steps. Between the living room and bedroom in the hallway area, there is a step down. And then again between the 4th bedroom and hallway bedroom, there are 3 or 4 steps. Also, there are steps from the driveway to the deck/front entry. Not a problem for our group but if I still had toddlers or elderly people with us, it could be a challenge. The flooring throughout the home is peeling up and was a tripping hazard for our young kids. The management company has put some rugs down but there are still areas where the floor is lifting up.This house worked out great for our family but with some attention to maintenance issues, it could be an even better place for future guests.

Sedona!!
Great place, great location! We really enjoyed our stay!!
nice place needs some attention, kitchen floor have a lot of damage was covered partially with rug. microwave broken had small counter top replacement, plate of old potato's in microwave smelled bad. Jacuzzi was nice, overall was comfortable. Added fees for cleaning were ridiculous, it was not that clean when we arrived. Would not stay again - Overpriced
Great location- quiet neighborhood- super comfortable beds- super quick response time to hiccups. Only complaint is poor wifi, but apparently in Sedona that’s not uncommon.
Enjoyed our stay! We had two families with little ones and the home was a perfect setup for us. It was nice being so close to everything! Moon Dogs pizza was delicious and just down the road.
Our party of 3 had a wonderful stay at this location. The jacuzzi was PERFECT to end a day of exploring such a beautiful place. All is as described. Highly recommend if available!
Property was comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Quiet neighborhood just off the main road. We had a minor issue during our stay and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this home.
Property wasn’t very modern and not very clean. WiFi went out everyday and host would not respond to messages at all. Very disappointed and would never stay here again.

Good but lacking some basic house essentials
Our stay was good, the house was clean, the host was responsive and allowed us to check out a little later which was nice. However, it was disappointing that the house lacked several basic necessities, like dish soap and coffee and basic cleaning supplies like wipes and surface spray.
An OK house to spend a week in. The master bedroom and ensuite were nice. Seemed, though, that when this house was remodeled, it was on the cheap: 1)The floating vinyl plank floor in kitchen was loose, chipped, and noisy 2) A master bath faucet was loose and installed so the on/ off directions of handles were opposite of standard way. 3) No ledges on which to put your toiletries in master shower. You had to set stuff on the floor. 4) Towel holder in the main bath was loose & constantly fell off. The bracket on the wall was too small for the towel holder to fit on even when set screw was fully tightened. Did a little jury-rigging with some foil to make the wall bracket larger & got it to fit well enough to prevent it falling off the wall all the time. 5) The hall light was out & had to feel your way in the dark to get to the bathroom or to the kitchen light. 6) In the 2nd bedroom, the bottom bunkbed mattress was super high off the floor (not good for kids) & there was no room for any bedside stand which, to me, is a necessity. 7) Light switches for kitchen & living room were not in handy places, especially when entering the front door. On the positive side, the house was decently clean (except for under beds, under the master vanity, and air ducts-- typical for rentals). The kitchen was functional, but had only 6 dinner plates. We had a group of 6. We cooked and ate in a lot, so we had to run the dishwasher often. Location & communication was good.
