The property is located in a very desirable location with plenty of shopping and restaurants located nearby as well as a short 30 minute drive to Anna Maria Island.

Walking into the unit the kitchen will be off to your right. It is well-equipped, with plenty of cabinetry, counter-space, and seating available. The dining room area is right off the kitchen and showcases seating for 4 people. The living room is cozy and offers plenty of seating and a 42 inch TV for your use. The living room opens to a private lanai with amazing golf course views. Spend your mornings enjoying the beautiful scenery that Florida has to offer.

The master suite offers plenty of natural light with a king-sized bed, TV, and private bath with dual sinks. The master overlooks the same amazing views of the golf course.
