Everything was as described. Great location visited a number of local attractions, including museums, outdoor gardens, and the greatest adventure was the Ringling estate. There are also some great restaurants our favorite was Woody’s. For shopping, Walmart, Aldi and Dollar tree were only a short distance.

Winter vacation January-April 2024

This tastefully decorated condo is located on a golf course in the beautiful community of Tera Ceia Bay. This is an older unit which has new carpets, new fridge, oven and microwave. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, AC works well, WiFi is very good and reliable and cable has many channels and available in living room and master bedroom. Condo is well furnished with everything you need for a short term or a long term stay, as we did. Washer and dryer work well. Pool is heated but in need of uplift, which is apparently scheduled for summer of 2024. Great area for walking; don't miss going to the pier and the boardwalk. Condo is well located, just across the bridge from Bradenton. Such easy access to restaurants, etc. (Oaks and Stones, O'Bricks, Music on the River in March and April. Easy and quick access to Publix, Walmart, Aldi and Detwiler (a must). Area is gated from 11pm to 5 am. People in the building are amazingly friendly. Enjoy!
