Loved the location and condo. The fragrance was a bit much but thankfully contained to the one bedroom. We didn’t get to use the pool because of the cold front that came through, but it was a good size and clean. Lots to do around the are. Communication was good with property management or owner. One thing that was a miss is the one bathroom had a sopping wet bath mat and 1/2 the towels in the closet were damp, none hanging on the bathrooms.

Everything was as advertised.Unit was very clean and simple. TV worked. AC worked. Very easy walk to the beach. Electronic keypad door lock system. No worries about losing a key. Having a local phone number if I needed help was great. No problems. Would return next time in area.

Property was as described, plentiful in things needed. We only stayed 2 nights but it was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Heated pool was nice, great beach view from the balcony. Cute ice cream shop in walking distance. Donut shop next door was great. Only issue was master bath shower didn't get past warm and didnt have great pressure.

Everything about this property was perfect! The unit itself is very nice and well appointed. The location is perfect as you have an array of dining choices and the beach just steps from the door. We will be utilizing this property again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family! The set up of bedrooms up top and living area downstairs was perfect. The location can't be beat right on the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There were great food options within walking distance nearby for food and we enjoyed them all (Island Donuts, Antonios Pizza, Ritas Ice Cream, and Crabbys). This was the perfect spot for our family beach getaway. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Laid back and everything was close

The condo was nice and clean, and we appreciated the beach accessories such as chairs and boogie boards to use. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water in the shower off the primary bedroom. But it did not negatively impact our stay. The condo is in the perfect location!

Nice location, nice pool

If you’re a Holiday Inn person you’ll love it. If you’re a 4-5 star hotel person maybe keep looking. The location and pool were great. Quick walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Why it received 3 stars: my daughter’s feet were constantly black. The floors need a major bleaching. Also, mold in the master shower. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding communication, they don’t answer the phone but respond quickly to text messages. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but it shouldn’t be this hard to find a clean place to stay.

Awesome St. Augustine

Fabulous city to explore and learn the history plus beautiful clean and wide empty beaches to relax and so walkable. Trolley tour, airboat ride on Sea Serpent and the San Marco fort and St. Augustine distillery were all fantastic. An amazing city with friendly people and great restaurants and beautiful boats and waterfront!!

Had everything we needed

Renovated unit in an older complex in a great location! Well-supplied kitchen, LOTS of towels, cushy balcony chairs with view of the pool and ocean. Comfy beds, and they even thought of dehumidifiers!Also very easy to communicate with the Evolve staff!

Leading up to check-in, communication was solid. When I arrived, I quickly noticed that the heat in the unit was not working. Saint Augustine was experiencing some of its coldest temperatures and indoor temp was in the low 60s. When I contacted the representative to address this, they were initially responsive and promised to send somebody out the following day. That never occurred and when I inquired what the tech’s ETA was, I still never received a response. The entire stay in the unit was cold and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this didn’t seem to be a problem for the representatives I spoke with. Otherwise, the stay had the potential to be lovely. 😕

We stayed for my daughter's 16th birthday and brought 3 of her friends. We all loved the updated and well appointed condo. The decor was beachy but IG worthy and had plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The girls loved walking for brunch and lunch and the beach was nice since no cars were driving in our area. Loved the comfy bed, beautiful updates and spacious living and bedrooms.

The condo is nicely decorated but not well equipped (no blender in kitchen, no kitchen towels). There were no board games or books like most condos would have. I paid a premium on the nightly rate, but had family who were in other condos that paid less and condos were stocked with the typical items. The 2 story condo is tight on the stairs. Would not recommend for those with little ones. The ground levels have a much better layout. I did appreciate the beds were comfortable. Good Mattress with nice bedding.
