The host and this unit were both exceptional. Host’s (Eric’s) service, attentiveness, and responsiveness, were fire rate in every aspect. The place is extremely well appointed and detailed and is extremely welcoming and accommodating for all conceivable needs during the stay. I truly felt at home! The apartment building (The Diplomat) also featured the physical presence of a security person during evenings/after hours which increased my overall comfort level. The location is very central and within close walking distance to everything Condado has to offer. I have been visiting Condado for over 20 years and always did hotels but given my 200% satisfaction with this place, I am committed to rebooking on future visits. Thank you Eric ( and West Indies Vacation Rentals Team)!
