Step into a cozy family room featuring an oversized sofa and a flat-screen cable TV. Unwind on the couch with a good book, catch up on your favorite shows, browse the internet, or simply relax after your travels.



The well-appointed kitchen invites you to prepare a quick snack or indulge in a delicious home-cooked meal. With a breakfast bar seating four and a dining table accommodating six, there's ample space for dining. On cooler evenings, savor your meal in the warmth of the wood stove, or head to the back deck in pleasant weather and fire up the gas grill for a barbecue.



The private hot tub on the deck provides the perfect spot for a soothing soak, especially after a day of mountain adventures, whether it be skiing or hiking. *We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.



As night falls, retreat to one of the three bedrooms, where up to eight guests can sleep comfortably. Choose from a queen bed in one room, twin-size bunk beds, twin-over-double bunk beds, and a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with a desk and an ensuite bathroom.



Venture into the outdoors, and Sunriver unfolds as a family's outdoor haven. In winter, the proximity to Mt. Bachelor offers opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and dog sledding. The Cascade Lakes Highway is perfect for snowmobiling, and beckons with its groomed trails and access to Elk Lake Resort.



Come summer, nearby lakes provide venues for fishing, swimming, and stand-up paddle boarding. Raft the Deschutes River, explore wilderness areas on foot, or indulge in retail therapy and dining at the Village at Sunriver. For a serene night, gaze at the stars from the Oregon Observatory. *There are 4 window A/C units available during summer for your comfort*.

Our pet policy is for dogs only, pet fees apply. Please inform us of your plans to bring your dog. Dogs less than 75 lbs only. Pet fee applies. Guest will pick up/clean up all pet waste and will be responsible for costs associated with remediation of fleas, or damage from dog. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
