Beautifully renovated 1932 log cabin situation on 5 private acres of land with 500 feet of waterfront on pristine Riley lake, with a sandy beach and gradual entry to the water. Located 1.5 hours from Toronto. Great swimming (with a floating dock), fishing and boating. One kayak and canoe included, as well as a lily pad. Three bedrooms with a pull out in the living room, sleep 6-8 people. River stone wood burning fire in a cozy living room. Wood burning hot tub that comfortably fits 8 adults, electric cedar sauna that comfortably fits 5 people, a few feet from the lake which allows for great cold/heat immersions. Located 20 minutes from Gravenhurst, a large town in Muskoka located on Lake Muskoka with great restaurants, live music, ferry tours and all services (grocery, liquor store). Also located a 2 minute drive from the cottage is a country general store where you can grab a snack, groceries or ice cream. The cottage is also located right across from a section of the Transcanada hiking trail which is beautiful. The cottage has multiple sitting area decks and a large fire pit area. Lots of outdoor games also included (darts, corn hole).
