Great stay!

We had a great time. Nice neighborhood, close proximity to the mall and supermarkets. We used the jacuzzi every night!

Lovely stay

Have nothing bad to say about this wonderful, cute spot in Kirkland. The location was perfect, the hot tub was clean, and the decor was adorable. Definitely recommend.

Delightful Family Friendly Home

We spent a long weekend at this property and it was a wonderful home. It's been very tastefully remodeled and was sparkling clean. The weather was great so we really enjoyed the back patio with the picnic table, hot tub and wood burning fireplace. It does back up to a slightly busy street but with the bushes and fence, it didn't bother us. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it for others.

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We all liked the hot tub but the grandkids loved it ! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 405.

Family Vacay

We came to watch the Seattle Kraken play in the Winter Classic Outdoor Hockey game, we had a great time, the house is located near all the amenities you could want. The house was clean and has a great backyard! Our host got back to us right away with questions I had prior to arriving. We would definitely book again

Nic place if everything goes right

The pros: The property is represented accurately by the photos. It was VERY clean and newly redone. Nice, safe neighborhood. Close to a grocery store. Great location if you are hanging in Kirkland or Bellevue. Can’t speak for hot tub of sauna, didn’t use. The cons: Like other reviewers mentioned, no kitchen towels, but there was a role of paper towels. There was a really strong scent — it smelled almost like covering up cigarette smoke but I think it’s maybe cleaning product? It was okay but if you’re sensitive to smell, be aware. Even our clothes smelled like it after we got home. The kitchen was spotless but coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out and had molded. Water pressure in downstairs shower was non existent. Worst part was we didn’t have working heat and had to cut our trip a day short bc I couldn’t get a reply from the host. I think something was wrong with VRBO messaging bc he said he didn’t see all of my messages and he had sent me one as well that showed up later. But I also called and left my phone number, so given how dire the situation was (it was 58 in the house with small children) a call would have been appreciated. He refunded the night we didn’t stay but it required me calling VRBO customer service to request it bc host didn’t offer. No other discount was offered even though the temp made for two miserable nights. Had we needed to be in the house during the day, it would have been too cold. Summary: nice place, if everything goes right.

There was a miscommunication between the cleaning coordinator and cleaners and the unit was not cleaned and ready when we checked in at 4pm. After 3 hours and several unsuccessful attempts in contacting the owner resulted in a call to VRBO customer service, upon which owner responded almost immediately. Cleaners arrived within the hour to complete the cleaning process while we remained in the unit. They were kind and courteous and apologized for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. The rest of our stay was pleasant. A couple of suggestions for future guest considerations: hand towels and wash clothes. (We could only find one of each in the unit.) Kitchen towels? None found. A bit more instructions for hot tub/sauna use. It’s obvious this property is still under renovation as the back yard is not up to standard with the rest of the property. I look forward to a response from the owner who said there would be a discount/refund offered for the unit not being clean & ready when we arrived. I have not heard back from the owner.

Girls' Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean and the basics were supplied however we did have to search for the next roll of toilet paper. The house was recently remodeled inside and some of the new fixtures were not installed properly and had fallen off the wall. We have mentioned this to the owner. The house is in a good location for access to the tasting rooms in the Woodinville area.

Clean house and perfect location

We were here for a wedding at novelty hill winery and this house was a perfect location. it was very clean and just as advertised. The doors are challenging to close, they stick but that didn't bother me. Nice outdoor area as well and house is very private, on a cul de sac

Brand new with a few surprises

The home is in a cul de sac in neighborhood. It felt slightly weird at first but it was a quiet and pleasant place. Home is brand new on the inside with new hot tub and sauna. The strange part was it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke upon arrival, but the home was immaculate and clean. We went in the hot tub after coming back for the evening and it appeared we were being recorded on the outdoor hot tub camera. The record light kept coming on and there didn't seem to be a reasonable way to turn it off. I alerted the property contact about the smell and broken towel racks. I didn't point out the camera use because we left first thing in the morning.

Nice Property, some issues

The property was nicely set up and close to the listing information. The issues we had were there was no toilet paper when we arrived, the doors didn't fit their door frames well, so with such thin walls the noise of opening and closing doors would be heard throughout the house. Finally, the water pressure for the showers was really bad. The downstairs shower couldn't be used, while the upstairs shower was functional but weak. Otherwise the property was newly remodeled and clean.

Not the best stay

Neighborhood was quiet with a cute park that we walked to House was remodeled & looks nice but was definitely done on the inexpensive side. We initially had some small issues like the house was not well stocked. We had to ask for toilet paper, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels. Not enough hand towels/washcloths and no towels for the hot tub. Front door is very squeaky. The back yard was a bit of a mess. On our first night, my mom went to close the blinds in the living room and they completely fell from the window and hit her head really hard. She ended up with a headache and bump on her head and we were very upset. Throughout our first afternoon I was messaging the host and he was completely unresponsive. I followed up again in the morning & finally heard from him after 12+ hours. He said he had connection issues which is inexcusable on a guest's check in day. The other big annoyance was the hot tub. The host never offered to heat it on check in day so when we arrived, it was cold. It takes a long time to heat up so we used it once on our second day & planned to use it again after dinner. While we were gone, a hot tub technician came over announced. He added cold water to the tub and the temp was 68*. When we left for dinner it was 102! We were so upset because now we couldn't use it again! It never got hot again after that, even our 3rd and final day. The host didn't offer to help and said we must have left the cover off, which we didn't. We did get a $250 refund.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for us and our needs. Very close to shopping and restaurants. It is also close to a nice running/walking/biking trail. We also took advantage of the close proximity to Wild Waves water/amusement park that is only a 30ish minute drive. Any issues we had were addressed immediatly by the host Towel bar fell off in one of the bathrooms). The hot tub was clean and fun to use. 10/10 would recommend.

Short stay in the way to the coast

The property was as advertised, however when we got to the property at 9pm the house had not been cleaned from prior guests. After talking with property owner, he got a cleaning service to clean the property for us and I was refunded a portion of our stay. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Other than that, the property was ok. The green couches were a little gross. They had not been vacuumed and there were stains on them.

Family Wedding Trip

My Husband and I shared this home with our adult son, his wife and our teenage grandkids for their sisters wedding. We all had plenty of space. The adult couples both had a nice bedroom with a private bath and the kids had their own room with a shared bath. The home was bright and fresh with good lighting and welcoming green color pops. The kitchen and table accommodated us all. We did not get a chance to use the sauna or the hot tub - but they were there and looked welcoming if we weren't so busy while we visiting. The location was close to groceries and close enough for some of the waterfall hikes we did between wedding stuff. If we had any questions the host was great about getting back and responding to us in short time via text. We all enjoyed our stay here!

Great stay at this house

We stayed a week at this house, everything was new and freshly remodeled. The Host checked in on us the first day and mid-week and was responsive with our only question about locking the digital door. Nice neighborhood in a good North Kirkland Location. Comfortable, Clean, and professionally managed.
