Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. You may park one vehicle in the garage, and an additional 1 in the driveway in front of the garage. There is no street parking and the driveway is shared so please do not block the neighbors access.
