The Sea Pines Resort is the original planned community on Hilton Head Island. Home to Harbour Town and South Beach, Sea Pines is the center of visitor activities on Hilton Head Island. Amenities include 4 championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of walking and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve, equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.
Stoney Creek Villas is a small community of villas located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk to Harbour Town marina and the iconic lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, shops, a playground, and live outdoor entertainment
Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, is just steps from the front door. The Sea Pines Racquet Club is also just across the street.
The Shops at Sea Pines Center are 1/2 miles away, where you will find many dining and shopping options.
Sea Pines Beach Club is 1 1/2 miles from our villa, a fifteen minute bike ride or jump on the seasonal trolley, the nicest beach in Sea Pines. Here you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. The Stoney Creek Villas large private pool is just steps out the back door.

Renovations include a new custom kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms with tiled walk in showers (2), new vanities, fresh paint, new furnishings, and new flooring throughout.

On the main floor you will find the new open fully equipped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances including a smooth top stove, over the stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, a Keurig & drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The kitchen also features a dual zone wine refrigerator and under counter ice maker. The dining area features a large table with bench seating and chairs to seat 8, and is open to the kitchen and living room.

The living room features a sectional sofa and 50" Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar and Sony DVD player. The sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the rear deck with a stainless steel Weber gas grill.

There are two large bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite has a king size bed, full bath with tiled walk in shower, and new Samsung 32" Smart TV. The private balcony with a high top bistro table for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap. Lots of closet space behind barn doors and a dressing/make-up table are just outside the master bathroom. There is also an iron/ironing board and a steamer in the master closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath with tiled walk in shower, new 32" Samsung Smart TV and private balcony with a high top bistro table.

The third floor bedroom features 2 sets of built in twin over full bunk beds and a wall mounted 40" Samsung Smart TV (with plenty of inputs for your video game system) and Samsung DVD player. The full bath has a tiled tub/shower and lots of closet space and storage for suitcases.
Our newly remodeled villa will be ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked with new cookware, dinnerware, new towels, and new linens.

All in-season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

We require a $300 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure date, provided there is no loss or damage. 12% State of SC tourism tax will be added to your rental fee.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

One (1) weekly Sea Pines gate pass is included in the booking fees. Any additional gate passes are $20 if purchased from us, $30 at the Sea Pines gate. Please notify us/pay for additional passes at least 45 days before arrival to allow ample time for processing and delivery via USPS First Class postage.

Community pools open April 1st and close October 1st.
