About this space
✔︎ 3 bedrooms (for 6 guests) are included as standard. They offer 1x King bed & 2x queen beds.

✔︎ We can sleep up to 12 people in total (there is a single & king single bunk bed as well), across 7 beds.

The space

Two large further bedrooms, the 4th & 5th, are available at an extra cost bringing the total number of guests we can host to 12. Comfortable bedding and ample storage space create a peaceful haven for rest and relaxation.

One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and the family bathroom has a shower over bath with a separate toilet. There is heating and cooling through the entire home for year round comfort.

The two living areas, bathed in natural light, invites you to unwind on plush seating amidst tasteful décor. A state-of-the-art entertainment system, including high-speed Wi-Fi and two large flat-screen TVs, ensures that leisure time is both enjoyable and connected.

Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials to kick off your stay. The adjacent dining area and massive covered deck is perfect for both intimate dinners.

Further, the double garage is not for guest use. There is a double carport underneath the deck.

Our check-in instructions will be sent 11am the day before your stay. It will include detailed instructions and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible, at a minimum, the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 11 am, an extra night's fee may be levied and must be paid before we can commit to the extended check out time. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.

STARTER SUPPLIES

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

PORTACOT AND HIGH CHAIR

These are both available upon request. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the portacot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. However, these cots do come with padded mat for the base.
