Surf’s up at this ground-level unit, just one house from the beach. With a prime location minutes from Newport Beach’s best surf break, this laid-back hideaway is a dream come true for swell chasers. Spend the day riding waves, then come home for afternoon barbecues on the patio or evening chats by the fireplace.

The living area blends total comfort and beach vibes. Settle into a plush sofa or armchair for a movie on the flat-screen TV or board game on cool nights night beside the gas fireplace.

With a fully equipped kitchen, you’re set for everything from pack-and-go beach picnics to dinnertime seafood feasts. Large cabinets mean plenty of room for groceries, and brand new counter tops provide plenty of prep space.

Fuel up in the morning at a breakfast bar with room for three, and linger over dinner at the dining table with seating for six.

An open concept design means sunshine abounds throughout the entire common space, and a dining room ceiling fan keeps you cool all year round.

Extra spacious and tastefully appointed with beachy accents, the master bedroom with ceiling fan offers a welcome retreat at the end of a day on the sand. With ample closet and wardrobe storage, plus an attached bath with tub/shower combination, getting ready is easy.

Younger guests will love having their own space in a serene, nautical-themed second bedroom, with two twin beds, ceiling fan and dresser storage, plus an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.

Even when you’re not at the beach, you can soak in the sunshine on the private enclosed patio, located just off the living space. Fire up the BBQ for low-key dinners and dine around the table for four. Unroll the umbrella in the afternoons for cold drinks and a little bit of shade. From beach chairs to boogie boards, store all your gear in the secure outdoor closet. Other extras include a separate bay garage with one parking spot and washer and dryer in the garage.

Here, you’re surrounded by plenty of options for shopping and dining. Travel across West Coast Highway for casual eateries like Eat Chow and Spaghetti Bender, or head to Newport Boulevard for seafood restaurants, taco joints, and more along the water.

Great property and great location. Property managers are responsive and easy to communicate with! It would be nice if there were a bit more comfortable seating in the living room and A/C, but other than that, everything was great! We'd stay there again.

Lovely place next to the beach

Clean, quiet and convenient. We enjoyed our 6 night stay here. 1 minute walk to the beach. Parking was never an issue (I did park in the small garage a few times).Ample hot water in the showers after ocean swimming. Well stocked kitchen, we prpared several meaks and grilled.

The house was great, clean, right by the beach, near to the shops and restaurants (just a short drive) and had good amenities, including body boards which we absolutely loved using! The house informatation was very detailed, if a bit complicated to access via the guest portal. It would be easier if this information was on Vrbo rather than having to go to another source. The only thing we struggled with was the door entry. The door is stiff and we really struggled getting inside every time. Actually panicked a lot the first day as we could not get in and I couldn’t easily see how I could contact anyone for help (we were from Uk so had a data only sim so this wasn’t the fault of the agency). I do think that door needs looking at or some better instructions for getting it open!Other than that we had a really lovely stay.

overall a very nice place. Location is great. Garage parking is very convenient especially for the location. Four complaintsThere was hair (human hair) all over one of the heater vents. Kind of gross. I assume the cleaning crew just missed itThe shower faucet in the second bath is a bit confusing. I believe the first lever controls the water and the one behind it controls the temp.The beds are a little hard but that’s personal preference. I wish they supplied beach chairs and beach towels. Over all nice place.

Fantastic Beach Getaway Vacation

This place was perfect for our needs, it was quiet, easily accessible, garage parking, room to spare for the three of us. We felt very safe. We were able to easily drive to visit family and friends, and close to beach when we were able to just enjoy our time off. Fortunately close to Hoag Hospital for that unexpected trip to the ER (all is well.) I'd love to stay here again.

Good place, poor communication

Communication with the property manager was poor. I tried twice to reach out, once with a safety concern and once to ask about leaving early, and got no response.The place was not entirely clean when I arrived, trash in the bathroom was full and on the floor. Other than these two things, great place to stay.

Close to the beach

This was a great clean area of Newport. The beach was super close and was super easy going back and forth to get things. My Toyota Sequoia was able to fit in the garage so that was nice. Had a washer and dryer in the garage which was great. Disneyland was only 20 min away. Place was updated and clean. Really loved this paly and it was the perfect trip. Thanks!

Lovely stay

We had a great stay. The location and space were great. Our rented camry fit fine in the garage. The check-in experience was fine, but the extensive questioning at the time of booking wasn't my favorite. Putting the sheets on the bed was not a big deal, but I hated to see that the sheets and towels were all wrapped in plastic, which is a lot of extra waste. The outdoor closet had several boogie boards, some toys, and two beach chairs when we were there.

This is our favorite place as it is clean, beautifully remodeled recently, nice big patio on Seashore Drive. Anytime there is a request for maintenance or more linen they are there within the hour. Burr white is so nice and easy to deal with, while booking and during our stay. The ocean is literally a 2 min walk, it’s a desired surfing spot so even more fun to be at the beach!I would recommend this property to anyone, family or alone! Exceptional experience!

Great location and a clean comfortable property.

Overall a great stay, but 3 things worth noting: 1. You are dealing with a vacation property management company rather than a private owner. 2. The garage is VERY small if you have a large vehicle, and there is no access directly into the unit from the garage. 3. This is a first floor unit with a resident occupying the unit above — you will hear footsteps on the stairs outside and upstairs. And 2 minor dings: 1. The laundry service drops off towels and bedding, and you will be making the beds upon arrival, and; 2. Because you’re dealing with a management company, this property is devoid of nice touches usually provided by private owners (e.,g., shampoos & soaps, coffees, hair dryer, no paper towels, etc.)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. However, it felt sterile. A couple of things I would suggest to make people feel more at home while away from home. Three days worth of coffee, maybe a Costco size bottle of dove body wash some shampoo conditioner just a few little extras. Remember in my opinion, it’s the little things that matter most, I think it’s important to make people feel one and honestly I didn’t even want to cook of a meal in that kitchen. It felt like a party pad and I’m not a stranger to Vrbos near the beach. Believe me, I understand managing the cost is important, but having the guest make their own bed, is in my opinion not cool. I believe the idea is to be better than a hotel and different. The master bed was comfortable, but the twin beds and the sofa bed were not. Also pest control is important, I saw cricket crawling around the hallway the first night.
