Beautiful and charming all at once! We had a great time enjoying the house, the porch, the pool and hot tub, the yard, and the town and surrounding areas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Stunning views, too - it was hard to leave at the end of our stay!

Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. This house is amazing and the host is even better. I went for my birthday with a group of friends and there was plenty of space for everyone. They had air hockey, ping pong, corn hole, a closet full of board games, chess, mancalla, a fireplace, a massive hottub, a FULLY stocked kitchen (I would literally host Thanksgiving here), and heaters on every floor. I can’t wait to come back!

Our group had a lovely stay. The house is eclectic but well cared for and set up for groups. Laurie was great to communicate with and made everything super easy and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Great house for a large group!

New stayed here with a big group. (12 adults , 8 kids) Plenty of room! Great kitchen with 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers! Incredible views, close walk to town. Was a perfect fit for our group.

Amazing stay in Tannersville!

We recently stayed at this property with our children and another family. It was perfect for a big group. Lots of sleeping and hang out space, a well-stocked and beautiful kitchen, terrific outdoor area and a hot tub, and the owners could not have been more welcoming and easy to reach. Minutes from Hunter Mountain. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular views

Special fall foliage weekend with friends in this cozy, spacious, Tannersville home - including Friendsgiving at the beautiful dining room table. Multiple cooks easily menuvered around the large kitchen. Would definitely come back to this home.

Friends and Family Hunter Mountain Trip

Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

A wonderful place with a wonderful view and wonderful pool

I know that was too many wonderfuls. We liked Tannersville too. It was a nice area. We went on several hikes besides being in the pool for hours every day. Thanks to the property managers and owners!

Perfect stay for a reunion!

we are 7 couples +kids who vacation together every summer for a decade, and this was our first stay in upstate NY. We have all concluded it was one of our favorites! The home was perfect for multiple couples. We spent a lot of time gathered by the pool and enjoying the amazing view. The owners were around for any questions, and gave us dinner suggestions in real time. Overall, an amazing stay!

40th birthday weekend

We were 8 couples coming together to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The house was perfect with plenty of space. We loved using the pool and hot tub and playing yard games in the front lawn. Would definitely rent this house again!

Great Family Vacation!

Our entire family (parents, kids, grandkids) recently stayed and had a wonderful time! The pool was perfect! The size and temperature were spot on, the kids spent hours in it. The bedrooms were all comfy and provided plenty of sleeping space for our group of 17. The porch was lovely and relaxing. Laurie was incredibly kind and responsive to even minor questions. I would highly recommend for groups looking for a nice place to just relax and enjoy each other’s company!

Great house for group getaway

Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways.

Foliage trip

We decided to rent Laurie and George’s beautiful home for our foliage trip with family and friends. Their house was well equipped with everything we needed, the doors were a bit tricky to figure out to lock but aside that everything else was very comfortable and there’s great artwork and photos and a vast library of books to look at and spectacular views from the sunroom above everything to enjoy! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! We would certainly like to visit in the summer for the pool.

Gorgeous views. Great House.

Stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family. Laurie was extremely helpful and communicative when I was trying to figure out all the logistics. She was easy going and incredibly responsive. The house is beautiful and the views we had on the deck and the lawn looking out at the fall foliage were unreal. My friends want me to turn 40 every year so we can stay at this house.

Awesome summer getaway!

Everyone in our family who walked into the house for the first time just said WOW! The kitchen area is first class, the porch and view were spectacular, the bedrooms comfortable and well spread out, the lawn out front held all our games, add in the pool (always warm) and a hot tub, we had no reason to leave. Loved the little village of Tannersville and the proximity to lots of things to do. Gotta think this would be equally awesome in the winter for skiers going to Hunter. Thanks Laurie, George, Laurie and Pat for making our family reunion memorable.

Beautiful house that felt like home!

Our group of 14 adults stayed at Laurie’s home for a long weekend and had the most lovely time. The first floor is even more spacious than it feels in the photos — we appreciated the fact that the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all distinct spaces but are still open and bright. And we LOVED the cozy reading nook off the kitchen. Location is great as it is secluded but still walkable to town. Laurie was communicative and so kind, answering my many questions and providing lots of helpful instructions. We truly can’t wait to go back!

Not so flexible check out time

We had a great time in Tannersville. The house was very comfortable for our large family of 18.The kitchen has everything we needed. My only complaint was the advertising of flexible arrival and departure times. I had an email that stated departure time was 8pm. The day we arrived I was informed that we had to be out by 11AM because the next guests were arriving at noon.

A Perfect Christmas at the Tannersville Farmhouse

We spent a wonderful Christmas at the Tannersville Farmhouse, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for our extended family gathering. The home was spacious, offering plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out and relax. Perfection!

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe how much my family enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home! Beginning with the booking process all the way through to leaving the property, things went very smoothly. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and every amenity has been considered. The skiers in the family loved the proximity of the mountain and the post ski hot tub soak, and the non-skiers loved the comfy chairs in the sunroom and lots of table space for puzzles and games. Our granddaughter was in toy heaven with all the attic options. The kitchen was not only beautiful, but completely stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. We simply could not have asked for more - our stay was indeed perfection!!!

Wonderful Experience!!

Thirteen of us stayed at this property for a Cousins' Reunion. It suited our needs perfectly in terms of layout. location and amenities. Laurie was kind enough to leave the pool heated beyond the time that it would normally have been shut off. The house had space for all of us to gather together, as well several spaces for smaller groups of us to gather. There were ample activities available. Some of us hiked, some of us went into Tannersville, Saugerties, or Woodstock, and some of us just hung around the house enjoying the pool and hot tub;:) The caretaker met us upon arrival and Laurie was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. All in all, i was a great experience and I would highly recommend this house for large group gatherings.
