This condo is the perfect location! It's close to the University and walkable to Market Sqaure. The condo is welcoming with upscale furnishings and amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful space

We booked to run the Knoxville Marathon. It was great walking distance to the start/finish line under the Sunsphere and to the downtown square. The space was beautifully modernized and offered great appliances. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

A short walk to the convention center in one direction and Market Square in the opposite direction. Also, easy access to the interstate. Convenient parking directly across the street.

The condo was even better than the pictures.. It was absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed coffee in the morning by the fireplace, and a glass of wine in the evening on rooftop deck with firepit for warmth. Great location as I was able to walk just about everywhere I wanted to go. Trish quickly responded to any questions I had. I would LOVE to stay here again if I ever return to Knoxville!

The fact that this unit has cockroaches completely negates any positives there might be. The rooftop storage shed (where all the cushions are stored) is infested with horribly large roaches. We were hoping this was isolated to outside of the unit, but that was not the case. I did notify the property mgr and she said she will reach out to an exterminator. It was also apparent the unit had not been properly cleaned in some time. While it was not filthy, the cobwebs and thick layers of dust on the surfaces make you wonder how the housekeeping fee is being utilized.

Best week, great location

I stayed here a week while my son was in and out doing rush stuff at UTK. It was a great location and perfect for him and I. I loved how close it was to walk to a movie, shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and had everything that I needed to live for a week. We will come back for sure.

Fantastic Knoxville Stay

We absolutely loved this place. When you walk in and think, "oh thank goodness, this place is fantastic" - you know you are going to have a great weekend. The rooftop deck is magical and a wonderful place to watch some late night football. We walked to and from UTK - maybe a 25 minute walk to Neyland. Market Square and Gay Street are very close, so of course we ate wonderful Southern food all weekend. The unit is incredibly clean and the charm is a 10/10.

Perfect walkable location! Walkable to everything. Loved having the French Market Creperie across the street with wonderful food and coffee! Everything you need close by!! The apartment is amazing, well stocked, beautiful and roomy. Travelled with my adult daughter and her boyfriend and there was plenty of space for all of us. Roomy bathroom and a separate room for the toilet allowed us all to get ready and not feel like we were on top of each other. But best of all was hanging on the deck upstairs watching tv at night. Overall a great getaway apartment!!

Ideal Location

Great location. We were in town for a conference at the convention center. It was a short walk to the convention center and a convenient walk to Market Square. Park was directly across the street. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipment. We didn't get to use it but the roof top was very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing Place - rooftop patio was game changer

Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Thank you!
