ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This 2-story cabin requires exterior steps to enter. While a bathroom and 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, an interior ladder is required to access the loft on the 2nd floor
- UTV rentals are available on-site with a fee
- Landscaping occurs every other Wednesday around 8:00 AM
- The property is set back approximately 300 feet from a highway
- The property features well water, carefully filtered for your convenience, offering a unique and natural experience that may differ from standard municipal water
- Please note that the steep hills leading to the property can become hazardous during snowstorms. While the roads are regularly treated for ice and snow, severe weather can delay snow removal services. This is because hospitals and emergency services take priority before private or secondary roads are cleared. During these times, driving up the hill should be done cautiously at your own risk. We strongly recommend using a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow tires or carrying chains during winter to navigate the conditions safely. Please plan accordingly to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay
