Here, you’ll find the ideal balance of privacy and accessibility, with downtown attractions and the renowned 290 Wine Trail just a quick drive away.
The Space:
Step into a world of comfort at our spacious retreat, where every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by an open living area designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the plush leather couches and double recliners, where you can unwind and catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.
The heart of the home is the large full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a convenient island that provides ample space for meal preparation. A wine nook with a wine chiller and plenty of glasses ensures you can savor your favorite vintages in style. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy dining nook with large picture windows offers the perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee or a leisurely meal with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. For more formal gatherings, the formal dining area boasts seating for eight, providing an elegant space for special occasions and memorable meals.
Retreat to the master bedroom, where a luxurious king bed awaits, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Step out onto the private deck off the master bedroom and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the outdoors. Descend the steps to the second bedroom that offers a king while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom, a versatile space with built-in bookshelves and unique sleeping arrangements, including a queen bed and two twin beds. A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures convenience for all guests.
Outside, a large upper deck beckons with seating for eight and a gas grill, inviting you to savor al fresco meals and enjoy the fresh air. Head downstairs to the driveway space, Adirondack chairs encircle the firepit, creating the perfect setting for gathering under the stars and sharing stories late into the night. For added entertainment, cornhole awaits, promising hours of fun for guests of all ages. Additionally, the garage is available for guest use, providing convenient parking and storage space for your belongings.
With its spacious layout, luxurious amenities, and inviting outdoor spaces, our retreat offers the perfect sanctuary for your next getaway. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or quality time with loved ones, our oasis promises an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
The indoor fireplace is not usable at this time.
*Please note, shooting or hunting is not permitted on the property and the use of four-wheelers on the property is not permitted. Additionally, swimming is prohibited in the creek at all times. Be aware that the creek may flood during heavy rainfall, potentially hindering access to or from the property and swimming is prohibited for safety reasons. Please exercise caution during such weather events.
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.
2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Cozi authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
12. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
-For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
