The roomy 1000 sq ft condo features soft pastel "beachy but classy" decorating, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, 2 super comfortable quality queen size beds, black out curtains for a dark bedroom, ensuite master bathroom with dual quartz vanity and a large walkin closet, 1/2 bath and laundry room in unit with full size washer and dryer, coffee station, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you will need if you wish to cook during your stay.

You can watch tv from our 50" flat screen LED TV in the Liv Rm or 42" LED TV flat screen TV in the bedroom or use your laptop with our complimentary high speed WIFI.

We pride ourselves on our condo being SUPER CLEAN! Most of our furniture, linens, kitchen items, flooring, quartz bathroom vanities and comfort-height toilets were upgraded recently.

There's even a beautiful view of the intercoastal from the kitchen, as well as the unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room.

We supply towels and linens as well as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher pods and even laundry detergent and dryer sheets to get you started.

You will find loads of hangers in the large walk-in closet, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon and toys are available for your use as well. Contactless entry.

Located on beautiful Madeira Beach, in the wonderful Ocean Sands south building, you will have an uncrowded, quiet beach, assigned under building parking space , and a fantastic location in the midst of lots of restaurants and tiki bars, and even a grocery store. The jolly trolley stops in front of Ocean Sands approximately every half hour and can take you the entire length of all of the beaches for only $4 for the whole day. We are only 1 1/2 mile from the famous John's Pass. We are walking distance to shopping, boat and jetski rentals, charters, sunset cruises and more.

Relax year round in the large heated pool, or soak in the large, comfortable spa. Grill your steaks on the charcoal grill on the deck of the building. The elevator is conveniently located almost at your front door. One of the nicest, best maintained condo complexes on the beach. Our onsite maintenance staff is great!

We are about a half hour drive to the St. Pete/Clearwater airport, or Tampa Intl Airport, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, and less than 2 hour to Disney, Epcot and Universal Studios.

Meticulously cared for by the local owners, (not a rental company)! We have a ring doorbell camera on the front door for your protection and the protection of the property when unoccupied.
