  • Dublin stay

"Stayed with my family at david's place. It was fantastic. The building is right along the river Liffey and fronts a busy road but the flat faces a back courtyard so it is incredibly quiet You wouldn't even know you were in a major city The flat was clean and spacious The kitchen was cute and functional. We even did alittle laundry The location can't be beat. Right on the river, super easy walking to temple bar and trinity college. Right around the corner from the post office Amazing Had a great time, David does a wonderful job coordinating everything , and would definitely without reservation stay here again Cheers"

  • Nice apartment.

"Very nice and clean apartment. Valerie, who greeted us, was very helpful. We had a small problem that was solved quickly and efficiently. Really recommend the Italian restaurant down the rd for a meal close to home. About an hour walk into Dublin, which we did one day. The tram is close and convenient to get into Dublin."

  • Perfect accomodation

"We stayed in this apartment for a week and everything was perfect! The house was very comfortable , clean and equipped with everything you need : toaster, washing machine , dryer , dishwasher. A few steps you can find the bus stops that allow you to reach downtown in minutes! Liam greeted very well making us find something to eat after the trip , and gave us all the necessary information about transport and places to visit. We're really happy to be here and if we ever return to Ireland ( hopefully soon ) we would love to stay here again !"

  • Relaxing, enjoyable base for experiencing Dublin and surrounding area

"We loved our stay at this comfortable, light-filled apartment--the giant windows in every room offered views out to the ever-changing sky and treetops with a peek of the sea to the East. We loved the Donnybrook neighborhood! It was close enough to Dublin's city center to walk or take the bus (we mostly walked downtown and then took the bus back), but felt like we came "home" to our own "village" with local shops and pubs. We typically spent the day out exploring the many sites of Dublin and then came back for dinner and relaxing. We shopped at the green grocer, meat market, liquor store, Tesco, and Donnybrook Fair for simple meal preparation supplies. And we ate excellent meals in the neighborhood at O'Connells and Rolys (and saw many other places we wanted to try but ran out of time). The flat is exactly as described in the listing--in fact I think the photos don't quite do it justice. It is impeccably clean and the kitchen is well-fitted for easy food preparation. The bathroom had the best lighting of our entire trip! We appreciated Felicity's advice and assistance regarding navigating the Aircoach during the bus strike, as well as seeing the sights, such as my question for filling our last day. She recommended a Dart ride along the sea to the village of Dalkey for a walk and lunch. Perfect! I recommend this flat very highly and we hope we can return soon."
