Beach get away

Very nice, I would stay there again. There is only one bunk bed with full-size mattress on each bed. The unit look like it had been recently remodeled and very nice. All the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Getaway Spot!

We have been staying at Tristan Towers since 2007. The unit we always rented was sold in 2018 and the rental rate changed considerably, so we decided to look for another unit in TT. The property is extremely well managed, maintained, and overseen so we really didn't want to look elsewhere. Unit 11-B has a spectacular view and is very comfortable. The rental agreement and check in/ check out processes are very clear and easy to understand. Surfside Properties is stellar at communicating with their renters before during and after their stay. This particular unit has no window coverings which may seem unusual for some, but being on the 11th floor, privacy isn't an issue and the sun doesn't shine directly in until late afternoon. There is a small bookcase like piece in the master closet that may be used to store clothing, but there is no "dresser" or chest of drawers. That addition at some point would be nice so as not to have to "live out of a suitcase" but it isn't a deal breaker for us. We are hopeful that this unit will be available for short term rental into the future as we had a wonderful time during our stay!
