Perfect cozy getaway!

We traveled from Indiana for the weekend to visit our friends in Johnson City & to see the Bristol night race. Upon arriving, Chuck & Valda gave us a warm welcome and told us all about the beautiful property. I can’t express how much we enjoyed the warm welcome they gave us. The cabin is cozy and pictures do NOT do it justice. The creek running behind the cabin with the windows open while drinking morning coffee was simply the best. There’s a nice state park nearby for hiking as well. It’s a great location and wonderful for guests of all ages. We can’t wait to stay again when we come back next year for the race with the kids!

Glamping Getaway

We were impressed with the cleanliness and coziness of this camper. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (better then some house VRBOs we've been in), the fridge has plenty of space. There is a microwave, hot plate burner, and toaster for your meal prep plus plenty of pans and utensils. There is even an air purifier in the camper. Remember, this is glamping not your 5 star hotel, but we were very comfortable for a week in the space, in the beds, in the recliners, and in the bathroom. For a camper, the bathroom was "roomy" with a hot shower and comfortable toilet. Just remember you're still camping with limited gray water and black water capacity. The hosts live on the property where the camper is, and they were very accommodating both to our needs and to our privacy. Very sweet family! And they supplied us with great info on places to see, places to eat, and info about the area. Would we stay here again? Yes!

The Historic Stines House at Twin Willows

Amazing Cousin's Reunion

If you are coming to this area, then you MUST consider Twin Willows as your place to stay. The 3 houses were absolutely perfect for our Cousin's reunion. Spacious, clean, well stocked, and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together and still have a quiet space to rest in the evenings. We loved having the Stables as a gathering spot for coffee, meals and evening drinks as well as the little "bar" down the hill for cornhole and hanging out together after being out for the day. There was nothing we wanted for; all houses were well stocked and our host, Joe, was beyond helpful, super responsive and considerate with providing suggestions on things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property!

The house is absolutely amazing, super new and super clean. Was a wonderful getaway tucked into the mountains. My favorite part were the speakers in the porch and in the house that were easy to link to, so you could play music all the time. Made for a great atmosphere. Charles told us how to turn on the “light show” while we were out in the hot tub and it was amazing! So many little details he made sure to think about and it showed. We loved the screened in porch and so did the pup! I’d go back in again in a heartbeat, we felt pampered even out in the wilderness

Eclectic Mountain Retreat

The property was fabulous - well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, lots of comfy blankets, and oodles of fun decor. The decks were perfect for morning coffee and watching sunsets. Anita was very responsive and ensured that we had a pleasant visit. We would stay here again!

Great house!

My brother and I linked up for a short weekend siblings trip. The house was very clean and new. Every amenity you could hope for. Beds and couch were 10/10. Kitchen utensils and cookware available; although, we didn't need it. The property manager thought of everything. There were cookies as others stated. 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville. Very close to outlets. Visited Bearwallow Mountain trail which was ~30 minutes away as well.
