The kids' room is decorated with Disney/Mickey theme and has a full/twin bunk bed, 13 inch Cable TV, DVD player, PlayStation and games, table games, kids' movies and books, stroller, and pool toys.

  • This place was beautiful! Everything that you see on this listing is the truth. It was very clean, very spacious and the surrouding area is very quite. Parking right in front of the door was a great bonus after walking around Disney all day. It was VERY close to Disney with no tolls to get there! There is plently of shopping for groceries around the area so you don't have to waste all your money at the parks on food. The owners really have thought of everything, plenty of plates, silverware, pots & pans, you name it it was probably there. The upstairs did creak a bit when the people were walking around but I didn't even notice it by the second day there. We can't wait to go back for another week or two!

  • We stayed at this location for 19 nights and it is amazing. It was the first time we had ever rented a condo and were a bit dubious but due to the high quality of the condo we are hooked . We have booked the same place again next yr. The condo is spacious, clean and modern. The complex has a nice , clean pool, exercise room and great area for barbecues. It is central to all that you want. The airport is about a 45 min. drive. We would highly recommend this to anyone. Ray and Gigi , the owners , do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable.

  • We found this condo to be very nice! The beds were very comfortable, it was spacious and very clean. The owners have taken very nice care to make sure it is in great condition. It was convenient to the Disney complex, shopping and restaurants too. Front door parking is also a big plus after a long day of parking hopping and tired feet! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely place and we hope to return again either this fall or next spring for our annual girl trip to visit the mouse!

  • We stayed in this unit in September and absolutely loved it. The unit was very spacious and comfortable and was located in a quiet area. We felt safe and secure in the unit and it had everything needed for us to feel at home. The Mickey decor was very cute and our daughter loved it. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into the decor. The only problems we had were figuring out the programmable air conditioning and the lamps in the master bedroom didn't turn on (something wrong with the knobs I think). These were very minor inconveniences and we eventually figured out the A/C. A condo is definitely the way to go, it's nice for everyone to have their own space instead of being cramped in a hotel room, having two bathrooms...and a kitchen so you can eat in or out if you choose. The location of the condo was very convenient to everything- airport, theme parks, restaurants, shops, etc. A Walmart is located East of the condo off of 27 (about 5-10 minute drive and less touristy area) and a Super Target is located East on 192 down the “tourist strip” so we could get groceries easily. We were within a 10-15 minute drive from anything we wanted to see or do. Disney was about 10-15 minutes and the drive back at closing was smooth and quick. Sea World and Universal were about 15-20 minutes. A drive to the beach in Clearwater took about 1 hour and 15 min. for us, Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is less than an hour’s drive, and historical areas like St Augustine, etc. are also a short drive away as well. Having the internet access was very convenient; it allowed us to research things and make alternate plans when needed or to look up directions. Having the washer and dryer was great too; it allowed us to pack lighter since we could wash as needed. Our stay was so pleasant and with so much to see and do in Florida we hope come back again next year, maybe making it an annual vacation ritual. Thank you for allowing us the use of the unit. We definitely would and will recommend this unit and owner and hope to be able to visit again soon.

  • We are a family of 6 and rented the 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor. Before we arrived we were a bit concerned having not rented a condo before. We have stayed at a couple of the Disney hotels in the past, including the Contemporary. When we arrived, we were extremely pleased! We had much more room than we would have had in any Disney hotel (or any hotel for that matter) and the condo met or exceeded all expectations. It was very close to the new Tollway 429 and Disney's new entrance, approximately 2 miles to Disney's entrance. The condo is closer to Disney's Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and MGM with just a short additional drive to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Downtown Disney. The drive was better than staying in some of the front gate hotels and driving in. Toll on Tollway 429 is just $1. Wal-mart super center is just about 3 miles away on Rt 27 (north). I have a 2 year old and was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. Parking was right in front of the door. Has pretty much everything, linens, toaster, blender, microwave, refrig/freezer, washer/dryer, Tv's, DVD players & DVD's, vcr, wireless internet (use your laptop), all cookware/dishes, dishwasher, telephone (ask for the phone number or look it up on the internet), nice beds, clean bathrooms (master BR could use a fan), high chair, stroller, pool toys, and most anything else you might need. The only negative I had was children running in the condo above our condo at late hours, but that would not keep me from renting again as I could have experienced the same thing in a hotel! If you have any reservations about renting this condo, you must be very wealthy!!! Have fun at the 'World!'

  • We had a great time in your beautifull 3/2 condo, the kids really enjoy the Mickey Mouse theme room with the PS2 games and DVD while my parents enjoy the privacy of their own room with the Queen size bed. My husband and I loved the master bedroom and master bath with access to the patio and screen porch. Another big plus was the high speed internet with wireless capability.Thank You so much, we will be definetely using you again. I am also going to recomend your condo to family and friends.
