This 2BD/3 full bath townhouse is a unique getaway where you can walk out the back door onto the sugar white sand of Panama City Beach and w/in a few steps you will be wading in the crystal clean water of the Gulf of Mexico. Balconies on each level. Private parking out front for two cars. Space for Thunder Beach trailer and truck. A fully equipped kitchen w/Keurig & drip coffee makers to greet the day, a newly renovated full bath, dining & living rm on first level. 2nd level has 2 full bathrooms, Master w/king bed, full bath & balcony overlooking the beach. 2nd BD has 2 twins over full bed bunks and a full bathroom ensuite.

Rental includes AC, FREE secure fast WIFI, cable, all bed linens, extra thick bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs service and umbrella and sand toys for the kids, outdoor table and chairs as well as deck chairs on the private deck. Walking distance to several local restaurants - Schooners, Patches, Sombero's and Shore Shack Pizza! Gas grill on the back deck. Outside shower to rinse off the salt and sand after a day in the sun. The outdoor deck is large enought that it is essentially another living area. On-site free parking. Iron board and iron. Washer/dryer, Keurig coffee & drip makers and hot pot for tea. Dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. Just walk out your backdoor to the beach paradise of Panama City.

Pack n play, baby gates, booster seats and bed rails for bunk beds can be made available upon request. No extra charge.

Best VRBO stay hands down!

Jessica was amazing. Very helpful, informative, accommodating. Quick response. Place was exceptionally clean and everything was in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable. Towels were extra plush and spa quality. Beach chairs were much appreciated - spoiled me a bit! Will definitely book with Jessica again

Wonderful place!

Right on the water just like we wanted. Inside was so clean and well decorated. Beds were comfy. Beach towels provided as well as beach service was very nice and convenient. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very kind. The place was wonderful. The only thing we would change is to have a little more privacy on the back deck as you share the deck with others but I’m not sure that would be an easy fix. It’s not that big of a deal. This was one of our favorite places in PC so far!

Wonderful place

We spent 7 days here the first week of August and it’s impossible to run out of things to do. The house is fantastic and well kept. Beach is very clean as well as the water. Of the 7 days we were there there was only one late afternoon it rained, all other days it was perfect weather. There were absolutely no problems with anything. Not a doubt in my mind we would stay here again if we go to Florida again.

Retired military who can't stay away from the beach and the sea. We were stationed here in 2008-2011 and fell in love with the area so we decided this is where we would build our retire home. Sugar white beaches and a welcoming patriotic community make this our happy place. Whether your heart lies in the golden sunrises or a scenic sunset stroll, there is always something to be said about that feeling you get with your toes buried in the sand and salty air awakens your senses. Relaxation at its best.

We do our best to provide you with everything you need to travel lighter and have a wonderful stay. The east end of the beach is perfect for families. Less travel and easy to get to restaurants and grocery shopping.
