The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel Viking appliances. These include a built-in ice maker for your coolers, a stove with an electric cook top, and hardwood cabinets. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and tiled dual headed glass shower. The additional bathrooms also have tiled tubs and showers. There is a nice gas fireplace, perfect for the snowbirds. Underground parking is available in this gated community.
The master suite features a king bed. The suite has a door leading to a private patio.
The second bedroom offers two queen beds, and the third has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with tiled showers.
