It offers close proximity to the major ski areas of Cannon, Bretton Woods, Loon Mountin, Attitash, and Waterville. X/C skiing is available at Echo Lake, Franconia Inn, Bretton Woods, and other areas. This is an outstanding location offering mountain-edge seclusion with valley and mountain views. It is five minutes away from sightseeing, hiking, biking, skiing, and all the major White Mountain attractions!
The townhouse has 3 floors of privacy. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The upper level has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds that accommodate adults or tall teens. There is a full bath on the 2nd floor. The well equipped kitchen and living room are on the main level. Front and rear decks are accessed off the main level. The lower level includes two more bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with 2 standard twin beds. There is a 2nd full bathroom on the lower level.
In the summer stroll down to beautiful Echo Lake Beach for a dip. Artist's Bluff is around the corner for a fall foliage hike. During the winter months, come home and curl up by the wood burning stove/fireplace after a day of skiing. Watch cable TV, videos from the video library, or log on to the high speed internet with your laptop.
