The well appointed living room has a gas log fireplace and comfortable seating on the leather sofa and love seat to enjoy cable TV, DVD, VCR and Bose surround sound stereo. Curl up in the large rattan chair and read a book. There are plenty of games for adults and children alike. Wireless and wired internet with broadband connection is available, along with local phone service.

The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and all the necessary amenities to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and more chairs can be added. Or, dine out at any of Winter Park's great restaurants.

The master suite includes a king bed, TV and ample closet space. The master bath is tiled in granite and has a large tub, separate over sized shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bathroom tiled in travertine. The Junior bedroom has a set of twin over twin bunk beds and a double down/twin up bunk beds. There is also a trundle bed. All rooms have individual color televisions with cable. There is an additional third full bathroom with a travertine tile tub-shower. The leather couch is a queen sleeper sofa and there is a queen air bed as well. We are kid friendly and a port-a-crib and high chair are available by request.

Why the Owner Chose Trademark

Great Location with stunning views. Close enough to walk to the lifts but away from the traffic noise and congestion. We love to sit on the deck in the winter and watch the snow come down. In the summer, we open the windows and doors and listen to the sounds of the Fraser River.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Great views in a close in base area location. Lots of wildlife close by too! Can sit on the decks and watch the wildlife wander by. We see the "Trademark" moose several times a year. He often beds down in the willows along the river bank or can be seen eating the summer flowers at the entry gate. A red fox has made his home in the rocks behind the condo and we watch the eagles soaring above the pines. Take a early morning walk or snowshoe excursion - the Fraser River Trails begins about 125 yards from the front door.

Beautiful private gated community in the Winter Park ski base area. Walk to the lifts or take the free resort shuttle. Nestled on the banks of the Fraser River and just a 5 minute walk to the lifts.

Fraser River Trail

A multi-surfaced trail that begins at the back of the Trademark complex. Relatively flat trail follows the Fraser River through forests and meadows. Perfect for bikes, blades walking and snowshoes.

My husband and I came to Colorado in the 80's and fell in love with the mountains, the weather and the wildlife. There's so much to do here. Truly a 4 season playground.

    • Eagle's Nest is the perfect home away from home. With striking views of the mountains, a beautiful kitchen, plenty of space to sleep, and a wonderfully large dining / living room, it is a great place to go and relax. The private hot tub is perfect for relaxing, and being outdoors allows for beautiful views of the evening sky, and pleasant mountain air. We will certainly come back to Eagle's Nest the next time we want to get away.

    • While I have not rented with the owner of this unit, I tried to rent the unit but it was already reserved for the dates that I needed. Even though I wasn't going to be doing business with the owner, Judi immediately took an interest in helping me to find another place in Winter Park for our vacation. I feel she went beyond the call of duty to help me which was amazing. She has alot of contacts in Winter Park and so she put me in contact with quite a few others who have rental properties trying to secure a place for us. Judi also offered me discount lift coupons and information on local ski rental shops which again was so kind of her. I just wanted to write this comment because I feel that if you rent from Judi, you will be in good hands and she is honest and helpful to boot!

    • Eagles Nest is a wonderful place,we felt like we were in luxury in a stunning setting and as a family of 5 there was more tha ample space. We loved waking up and watching the sun come up and early morning skiers decend down the slopes. The skiing was great with fantastic instruction. The owner of the apartment was exceptionally helpful and informative, it was a pleasure to rent from her.

    • What a great place! Stayed here in February. Pefect romantic getaway. Loved the views. Quiet and comfortable. Beautifully furnished. It snowed several times while we were here and we skiied perfect powder. Short walk to the lifts but liked the shuttle best when the temperature was down around 10 degrees. Already booked our return in the summer and next winter.

    • We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday stay in this lovely condo. The views are indeed stunning. It was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. The location and the views are perhaps the best in the area. Quiet and private and just a few minutes walk to the lifts. We also tried the shuttle bus to the lifts. The shuttle ran about every 10 minutes and stops just outside the Trademark gates for pick-ups. We had a rental car and used the enclosed heated parking garage so we didn't try the shuttle to town but were told it runs about every 30 minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the decks in the afternoon sun. We look forward to our return visit in the New Year! Sincerely, Greg Scott & family.
