We've had numerous guests over the past few years, and for the price and space were completely satisfied. Don't believe in additional per person fees for your rented space.
Wifi on site . Large family, or lots of friends? Huge kitchen to cook up those big dinners (downstairs wetbar) and combine everyone in one location. If needed, 2 queen air mattresses are provided that are automatic.Pets are Welcome! Dogs have the convenience of a large fenced area with a dog house. We do ask that special care & attention is given inside our home.
Extremely clean. Washer and Dryer. Close to Woodland Park for wining and dining. Cripple Creek close by for the gambler in your group. Rock caving in Florissant, Wild Wolf Park, and the Dinosaur Museum is also located in the vicinity. One hour from the Colorado Springs Airport. And, Santas Northpole for visiting the elves!!

Now I understand why your calender is so full. The house is well maintained, clean and lots, lots of space. Mom and Dad insisted on a fire every night (lots of wood) so we didn't need to buy it like in previous rentals Dad took the kids down daily for fishing in the boat, and Mom and I took off to Cripple Creek twice; no luck, but a great time. Massive home with lots of space for the children to play, and witnessed the deer strolling through every morning. Views were spectacular, and have recommended to friends in Tacoma. We didn't need out of state fishing license nor the poles which was extra pleasant since we flew in to COS. Dad is planning a man retreat next summer!!
Owner response:We always appreciate reviews and thank you for taking the time to make one on our property. Glad we made a wonderful impression, and your Dad already booked his "man retreat"=) Thank you, Dave and Cathy

This home provided our family with a place to gather for Thanksgiving. We hosted 4 generations for dinner. There are two kitchens, tons of counter space and room galore for everyone to sit comfortably. The main kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING from dishes to crock pots. The home was clean, well maintained, and the owners were available any time we called with a question. Plenty of nice, warm blankets, bedding, towels. Much nicer than other properties we have rented in the past. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a mountain get-away.

Thank you for accomodating our church group. We have already planned a visit for next year. Recommend to family here in Jersey. We liked the area. Can you get some extra tables for crafting? You had three extra but one more for our group of 14 would sure help. Alisha Church Coordinator
