Our beautiful, new vacation home was built in November of 2006. It has two good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with pantry, laundry room, great room and a two car garage. Outside, there is a large, covered patio with table, chairs, lounge chair and barbeque, for your added enjoyment.
The property is located in Sun City West, a 30 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. The state of Arizona is blessed with 300 plus sunny days, which allows for nearly unlimited outdoor activities. The city of Phoenix is home to spring training camps for the Kansas City Royals, the Texas Rangers, the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. It also has professional sports teams for your enjoyment, that is, hockey, baseball and football.
Corte Bella is a beautiful property of 720 acres. It is an active adult community, centered around an 18 hole Troon Golf Course. Children and grandchildren are welcome to visit. The Club House features an olympic sized swimming pool, hot tubs, a fabulous fitness facility, tennis courts, pickle ball and a full European Spa with full esthetics available. The Social Club features a beautiful café and lounge, as well as a fine dining room. There is also a multi-purpose room for special events or private functions. There is plenty of shopping available close by, as well as movie theatres and restaurants.

This is a beautiful spot. We absolutely loved the home and all its amenities. The golf course was our favourite of the 5 courses that we played. The people in the community and the staff at the golf course, restaurants and pool/gym were all very accommodating and loved to help wherever they could. This was our first time to the Phoenix area and we love this home and the Sun City West area. We have booked it again for April 2011 and we can hardly wait to return. Thanks to Rick and Noreen for allowing us to use their home.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
