With Kolea development completed in 2007, Kolea Villa 16K is designed with relaxation and pampering in mind and welcomes you with the serenity of a luxury retreat. An upscale 1550 sq. ft. villa with a very spacious feel decorated in a warm Hawaiian style. The 150 sq/ft. lanai with mountain and ocean views has cushioned seating groups for both dining and relaxing. As one of the more convenient ground floor villas , our guests are also within a short convenient walk to the shops, excellent restaurants, market at the newly developed Queen’s Market Place, Kings Shops, Marriott Hotel, and Hilton Hotel's amazing Kohala Spa and ocean-side restaurants.
Features of our 3-bedroom, 2 Bath ground floor unit include graciously appointed furnishings; gourmet kitchen with African mahogany cabinetry; granite counter tops; central air conditioning; ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room; central lighting controls; an enormous tiled master bath with separate large tub and dual head shower; and a lanai that features a dining table/chairs, Teak cabinetry, gourmet Viking gas grill and rotisserie, convenient mini refrigerator, and sink.
